10/19/2023 – Eric Miller was the technician that installed my new door and was quite impressive. Eric was early and he did a truly fantastic job! He gave a tutorial on keeping the door working smoothly, which was quite precise in terms of keeping the door working smoothly. Very personable and professional.

9/23/2023 – Eric is very professional and his attention to detail is exceptional. I highly recommend Precision Garage and specifically Eric my installer.

9/14/2023 – Outstanding service! Eric showed up a little early which is always great to see. He explained what he would be doing and went right to work. When complete he cleaned up everything very well. Door and trim looked and worked great, could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend Precision to any of my friends.

8/15/23 – Eric Miller, from Precision Garage Door of Southfield replaced my garage door the other day. He was super professional, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend him for others.

8/11/23 – Precision garage doors technician eric Miller installed a new garage door and opener for us. He was on time, fast, and did a great job removing old door and installing new one. He was polite and explained/demonstrated the new opener set up. Took old door away and left no messes!

7/7/2023 – Eric was great! He was clear in explaining what had happened to my torsion spring and my options to fix it, without pressuring me into purchasing upgrades I didn’t need. He worked quickly and cleanly, too. 5 stars for sure. I’ll be calling back and requesting Eric for any future garage repairs I need.

5/4/2023 – Eric was fabulous- took his time to diagnose our issue and told us not to hesitate to contact him with any issues. Precision has been great to work with forb, scheduling, installation and service!

1/2/23 – On 1/2/2023 I had a garage door and garage door opener installed by Eric Miller. I have nothing but great things to say about Eric Miller. He was friendly, professional, hard working. He went out of his way to explain everything he was doing and answer any questions that I had. If I could rate him at higher than five stars I would. Great job.

10/20/22 – Had a great experience yesterday with Precision Garage Doors. My technician (Eric) arrived promptly and was extremely helpful! The communication before and leading up to the appointment was flawless. Highly recommend!

9/20/22 – I have to say the whole process was excellent. From my first call saying I had a problem through the final installation everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Special shout out to Eric Miller who did the install alone! Awesome job and in half the time allotted. He never stopped moving! Anyway, a big thank you to your whole team!

7/10/22 – I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Precision Door. Eric was my repairman. He immediately spotted the broken spring and explained my options for a repair. Eric was very professional and had my garage door operational in short order. I highly recommend Precision Door,….they are OUTSTANDING.

1/19/22 – I called and within an hour Eric showed up fixed the problem and did a preventative maintenance check on the entire system. Great job
