12/2/2024 – Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! A door cable snapped and I was able to schedule an online appointment for Monday morning. I received a confirmation text, a phone call the morning of, a photo of the technician, and a notification when they were on their way. Excellent communication! When Eric arrived, he was friendly and professional and had my door up and running in about a half hour. I was also appreciative that he presented me with a number of solution options and pricepoints and offered his own perspective as an experienced technician. They’re already bookmarked for that fateful day when I’ll have to replace the door entirely – 10/10 service!

10/13/2024 – Very impressed with everything about our service. Eric came in on a Sunday and did pretty much a full replacement on all moving parts, including lift controllers. He explained everything he was going to do, gave progress reports, and after install, we are very happy with the end result. We won’t go to another company in the future. This place is top notch. 7/4/2024 – Outstanding service and above expectations. Eric was clear, efficient, and professional. He explained everything to us and did a great job. Wouldn’t use anyone else for door service/repair/replace.

8/14/2024 – Eric Hathaway, Technician was simply amazing! He made sure my brand new Opener was installed with the highest level of professionalism. He even took time to give me a short tutorial of all the great features on this updated model. I truly appreciated him. Everybody needs an Eric for their garage service needs.

7/19/2024 – We had an emergency over the weekend and Precision Door saved the day. Our repair guy Eric was patient and took great interest in solving our garage door issue and he came out within an hour of receiving our call.

2/5/2024 – Eric Hathaway was a very friendly and knowledgeable tech who exceeded expectations regarding fixing my broken garage door. Came out the same day I called and even arrived 30 mins early.
