My garage door came off track and Precision Door came out the next morning. They sent a young man by the name of Daniel Mendoza. Daniel was super informative walked me through everything he was doing and explained to me what I would have to have worked on in the future. If you ever use precision door, I would definitely suggest you ask for Daniel And I would definitely suggest using Precision Door Vietnam.

After our initial troubleshooting failed to fix our garage door openers, I called a couple places. Precision was able to get us in the same day. Daniel Mendoza was the technician assigned to our project and arrived on time. Was extremely professional and very helpful. We ended up needing replacement openers. He installed them that day and stuck around to make sure we knew how they worked and that the remotes were set up. He cleaned up after himself and the garage looked better than when he came. I do hope to never need service again, but if I do, I will be calling Precision Garage Door.

Great communication and service. Prices were competitive. Dan Duvall did a great job going through our options and was not applying pressure to go in a specific direction. He and Ivan Meyette did were amazing on the installation of the door. They were fast, professional and friendly. They cleaned up and took everything away. They also provided comprehensive pictures of what our garage could look like with different options and what it looked like upon completion.
