Daniel Mendoza came out for a free quote on a malfunctioning overhead opener. He was very detailed in his inspection and gave me price points on different options moving forward. My overhead was 24 years old and needed replacing. He installed the new overhead and was installing well past when he thought he would be done, all for a WiFi issue with the motion sensor camera. He spent a lot of time trying to diagnose and fix the issue, which turned a 2 hour job into almost a 4 hour job. He was patient, professional, and very personable. I appreciate the work he did. I would recommend all day, any day!

I purchased my overhead garage door from Precision a little over a year ago. I began to have a minor problem with the app I was using. I called precision and they were able to have someone come out to help me within 24hours. The service rep was amazing and so was the actual installer who came out. I am overly pleased with the product along with the service of the overall company.

Jason did a great job installing a new garage door for me! The door suddenly had stopped working and I had suspected it would need to be replaced since it was 22 years old. I contacted Precision late in the afternoon on a Friday and was delighted they could come early the next day since I was going out of town. Jason was timely, very professional, and even left the garage cleaner that when he arrived. Would highly recommend Jason and Precision Garage Door!

Cesar Vesasquez installed my new garage door today. He was skilled, efficient, and professional. The hardware did not get included when the door was packed, but the error was acknowledged with no prevarication and arrangements were pleasantly made for it to be brought and installed tomorrow. The installer Cesar Velasquez was very professional and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and let me know in advance when he would be here and he got right to work removing the old garage door and installing the new one and cleaned up afterwards. Our garage door stopped working. The door & hardware are over 25 years old, the motor is from 2011. Precision sent us Steve Wells, a friendly repair technician who checked everything out and made several recommendations. There were broken wheels, missing parts and old cable. It was not cheap at all but I am very happy that my garage door / keypads and other issues such as spring and cable are all fixed. The technician, Tim, was able to come out same day to troubleshoot our problem. I really appreciate him taking a huge amount of time to diagnose the issue and testing whether the unit can be fixed before finally recommending replacing the lifter unit. The work was done quickly and professionally, and he really made sure to explain all the features and basic things to watch out for with the new unit. Excellent service.

The door quit working and I called in the AM, ***************************** responded same afternoon, diagnosed that an unknown animal had got in the garage, chewed a wire on the sensor making it inoperable. He fixed the problem and was gone in just over an hour, very polite and professional.
