Jason did a great job installing a new garage door for me! The door suddenly had stopped working and I had suspected it would need to be replaced since it was 22 years old. I contacted Precision late in the afternoon on a Friday and was delighted they could come early the next day since I was going out of town. Jason was timely, very professional, and even left the garage cleaner that when he arrived. Would highly recommend Jason and Precision Garage Door!

The hardware did not get included when the door was packed, but the error was acknowledged with no prevarication and arrangements were pleasantly made for it to be brought and installed tomorrow. Our garage door stopped working. The door & hardware are over 25 years old, the motor is from 2011. Precision sent us Steve Wells, a friendly repair technician who checked everything out and made several recommendations. There were broken wheels, missing parts and old cable. The technician, Tim, was able to come out same day to troubleshoot our problem. I really appreciate him taking a huge amount of time to diagnose the issue and testing whether the unit can be fixed before finally recommending replacing the lifter unit. Cesar Velasquez and his work partner (can’t remember his name) were fantastic! They arrived early and were polite and considerate. They did a great job installing my very large garage door and new opener. They explained everything when they were done.
