We were having issues with our garage door opening system. Daniel performed a safety check on our garage door system and provided me with information on how to keep the system running smoothly in the future. Even though it was an "easy" fix, he didn't make me feel as though I had wasted his time. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage opener or garage door needs.

Steve W. Came out to check out my liftmaster garage door opener. He called ahead of arrival and was able to get here on time. He was able to pinpoint the problem as the receiver board, but my unit being 20 + years old, the replacement part wasnt available except as refurbished or used online. He was able to provide me with some estimates for me to consider for replacement and install. He was very knowledgeable. The overall experience was easy, and smooth.

Called Precision garage door to replace a broken spring on my garage door. The service technician Jessy inspected the door and made some suggestions to replace some aging hardware. I also decided to replace the 30 year old garage door opener. It only took Jessy 2 to 3 hours to replace and install a new opener and various mechanical parts. I was extremely happy with the results. Jessy was very efficient and a very personable young man.

Can't believe how fast my door was repaired. From the time I called to the time job was done was barely over 2 hours. Steve did a great job explaining things and even helped me find a part number for an issue I was having with another door!

Terrance Smith and Cesar Velasquez arrived on time and were very professional and got the job done in the time line they said they would be done. I would give them 10 stars. I had 2 new doors installed with a $5,000.00 to $6,000.00 savings from the other 2 quotes I received from other companies. I will highly recommend precision to everyone. Jessy was awesome and knowledgeable as well.

Dan was my tech. He showed up right on time. Had my estimate ready within 10 minute, I agreed with his feedback and gave my approval. He completed the job in less than an hour (removal of old cable/spring system. Replace with tension system). Cleaned up after going over his install, and made some recommendations. Works great! Very pleasant, professional man

Steve Wells came out gave me a quote, ordered the equipment and installed it. He programmed the opener and allowed me to put in my code. Installed the light and sprayed all the moving parts and showed me how to do in the future. Super satisfied.

He called when he was on his way to our home, showed up when he said he would, took a look at the problem, and got right to work. When he finished, the problem was no longer present, he explained what he did and wished me a good day. Awesome door, but super awesome technician, Steve Franklin, was so knowledgeable and easy to understand about everything we needed to know for our new awesome garage door. I thought he was an educator from his teaching style. If he isn't training others, he should be. He wasn't finished until he knew we understood everything. Well done, Steve!!

The whole experience was smooth and easy. Made the appointment. Receieved confirmation and heads up tech was on his way.
