On the Precision website, we requested an estimate for a garage door repair. Within minutes we received a call and about 30 minutes later the technician, Jessy, arrived. He was so professional and knowledgeable that we decided not to get any other estimates. He did the work on the spot and he left no mess behind. Precision absolutely lives up to their promise of providing an exceptional experience. Highly recommended!

Jessy arrived exactly on time to do non-critical but important repairs, within 2.5 hours of my requesting phone call. He thoroughly explained what he planned to do, assessed the four repairs, and kept me fully informed. The quote was very reasonable. He answered all of my questions, and offered suggestions for future repairs if needed. He came back the next day as promised with the additional needed and paid for part. Highly recommend this technician and company!

I am a 1st time customer, and I was completely satisfied with the thorough service call from Daniel Duvall. I was having a triple Monday morning. He calmed my nerves, examined the situation, told me what happened, cost, and fixed it in a jiffy. All this while chatting with me. He was kind, respectful, answered all my questions and informed me of possible future issues. Now that's professionalism. One thing I'm sure of; I WILL call Precision with future garage door issues. It is SO nice to know I now have an honest company for garage issues.

Next day service after my call thats outstanding. Tech was informative, wish when I had you at my residence a year ago the tech would have discussed the issue of only having one spring on my door when the repair replacement cost was half what I paid today, it would have been nice to put that decision on me thus I was a bit set back by the cost of the repair. Neither that or not I am satisfied with the repair.

Precision Garage Door of Michigan was prompt in scheduling our garage door replacement and in doing the installation. Our garage door broke on Wednesday and we called Precision Garage Door on Thursday morning and Dan arrived at noon to assess the damage. He suggested we replace the door, which we had considered doing, anyway. The replacement was scheduled for Monday at noon. Steve and Cesar arrived at 1040 and promptly began to replace our door. We were constantly advised of the progress and when they completed, they went over the operation of the door and the controls and covered maintenance procedures. We were asked several times if we had any further questions. Steve and Cesar were both very friendly and informative. When they finished, they cleaned up the work area. We were shown how to use the control module as well and instructed how to find the information we may need. We are glad we chose Precision Garage Doors of Michigan to replace our garage door.

Dan the technician arrived on time and greeted us with sincere greetings and concerned about our garage door problem. He went to work accessing the situation and let me know what was needed. He started working right awa and let us know how much it would coast and what was covered on our warranty.
