Steve and Jessy are amazing. They showed up on time and installed the new door quickly, but taking the time to be sure everything was installed correctly. They went through the maintenance schedule with me and showed me exactly needs to be done take care of our new door. Was very satisfied with the whole process of purchasing a new door. Mike who came out to fix our old door was very helpful and steered us in the right direction for a new door. Ivan was very professional when installing our new door. Although unfortunate the top panel has a slight dent in it and he pointed it out to me. Without question a new top panel was already ordered before even showing me the small dent. Overall I am very pleased with the service from precision and I will definitely recommend them to anyone seeking garage door needs.

I called around 8 am in the morning and the company was able to have a technician out to my location between 10 am and 12 pm on the same day. Jessy M., the technician was very detailed in going over my 3 car garage doors, along with the obvious broken spring replacement needed. We had him replace all the springs on both doors, along with bearing replacements for the spring bars with sealed ones. He did an excellent job. I would use Precision Garage Door again
