7/4/2024 – Had an emergency on a holiday and Stephen Freitas Jr came right out and got us up and running. Very polite, friendly and walked me through every step. I ended up ordering a new garage door. Highly recommend and very satisfied with Stephen!

7/2/2024 – Great experience all around. Over the last 2 years we had two other garage door repair companies work on our garage door before Precision. I wish we would have picked Precision from the start. They arrived at my house Next day and our technician, Stephen was great! We knew our garage door was in rough shape all around and he took the time to go over 3 different repair options, providing us the cost breakdown, along with the pros and cons. He was extremely thorough and a strong communicator. He spent a lot of his time going over options and we never felt rushed or pressured. I kept telling my wife I couldn’t believe how professional Stephen and Precision were. It has been such a positive experience compared to the last two companies we used. I will never use another company after this and will be sure to recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors. I felt the price was also very reasonable.
