12/7/2024 – From my 1st call to Precision and scheduling for an appointment to the next day service for the repairs of my garage door was very well-organized and efficient process. I loved the technology they used for updating me (sending a text and email with a photo of the technician is a great way to make customers feel comfortable). Jason Lockwood (technician) was on time, friendly, and professional. I observed his work, and he explained everything that he was doing in detail. As an engineer, I like to know how things work. Jason explained all my options and he did not try to upsell me. All the work he did was done in no time at all (about an hour). Everything works great. I would definitely use them again. I would recommend them to my family & friends.

10/1/2024 – I Can’t say enough about Precision Garage Door company the service provided today was exceptional the technician Jason very professional knew his job was not high pressure into fixing things that where still ok Highly Highly recommend this company. Go with them before A-1 nothing good too say about that!!!
