9/25/2024 – Arrived home after shopping to find my garage door opener no longer functioned. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and had a new, functioning door within three hours. The tech, Jordon Wallace, was polite, knowledgeable and skilled. He gave me all my options without any hyped up sales pitch. He answered all my questions and took time to explain the controllers and set up the app. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

9/18/2024 – First, I was impressed that Precision was able to send a service person the same day. Second, the technician who came to the house (Jordan Wallace) was very professional and he gave me several options for repair. He talked about the pros/cons of them. I believe this enabled me to make an informed decision. He got right to work and was finished within an hour and a half. I am happy with the work. Thank you Jordan!

5/18/2024 – Woke up on a Saturday morning and couldn’t get the car out of the garage–the garage door spring had sprung! We contacted Precision Door because of their reputation and were not disappointed. The initial conversation was efficient and pleasant–we were given a choice of times that somebody could come out the same day. Jordan W called us to confirm his ETA, which was about one hour from our initial call. He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and helpful. He helped us understand the pros and cons of different options and he let us make a decision that was good for us–we were not coerced into anything. He fixed the door and left the proverbial door open for us to call back with any concerns. Should we decide to replace the door, Precision will be our fist call based on our experience today. Thank you for the excellent service!

3/24/2024 – They are very timely, and experienced. Jordan, came and explained the problem. Pointing out the defects before he fixed anything. He was very knowledgeable, and great to work with.

3/12/2024 – Jordan came out and was super professional and quick with accessing what was wrong and how to fix it. Garage door broke and was fixed again within 2 hours! Super stoked at the service we got.

1/12/2024 – Jordan Wallace arrived at my home within 1.5 hours of my original call and took care of my issue quickly and professionally! They will get ALL of my garage door business!!

1/9/2024 – Jordan Wallace was very knowledgeable and explained my options regarding fixing my garage door. During installation, he went about the call of duty to insure that my installation was done RIGHT. I couldn’t ask for better service. He was outstanding. Thank you.
