When I heard the noise on Friday night, I knew it was nothing good but it wasn't until I tried to open the door to go to church this morning that I realized I had a broken spring and I needed help. Enter Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan and their skillful and timely technician, Eric Hathaway. I called around 11:00 and was given a 2:00 appointment time and Eric Hathaway made good on that. He called me to confirm he was on his way when he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem immediately. I was concerned that he might have to go for parts but he had everything on hand. He offered me three different door reconstruction options with three different warranties and three different price points and I was able to choose the one that suited me. He did a good job and he cleaned up after himself and he made sure that the door functioned before he took off. He was cheerful and attentive to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I'm very pleased with the work he did.

The whole process was very smooth and unobtrusive. Made my appointment and the technician was there early in the time window allotted. Patrick did an excellent job of explaining my issue and the options available, and the work was completed in an efficient manner. My garage door works better than ever, and if I need any more help in the future I will definitely be bringing my business back to these fine folks!

It was the BEST experience. I thought I would have to wait a day or two for an appointment. Nope same day with a window of between 12 -4. Got a call at 11:45 saying on my way.. Fixed all the issues from a previous garage company. Was very nice very professional. I will recommend this company....

Precision Garage doors were quick to send Erik on a Sunday to fix our garage door. Erik identified the issue and was very polite, professional and explained the issue and cost before replacing the safety eye. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Precision again!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Precision Garage. From the online schedule tool to setting up a consultation to the installation, it was seamless and pleasant. Steven was my installer and was awesome. He arrived on time (early actually, big yay!). He was thorough and made sure I was comfortable with all the bells and whistles and more importantly, understood how to work the new system. Very pleased and would recommend them.

My garage door sensors were out of order and my wheels needed to be replaced. I called for an appointment late on a Friday and the Technician Steve Wells came out early on Saturday and repaired the door. I am extremely happy with the quality of the service Seve Wells did.

Dylan called me 30 minutes before he arrived at my door. He introduced himself & went to work. He changed both springs & both end ball bearings. He left me with a couple of quotes. I told him I will call him back when I get some more money. He did a very good job.
