Our tech,Dalton, showed up on time with a pre call. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us out immensely with our decision. Today, our installer,Steve showed up earlier than anticipated. Precision garage door has been amazing . From the sale to the install and clean up . We had two panels discolored and no questions asked ordered two new ones came and installed . Jon was great he was early which was great and efficient , friendly and quick . I highly recommend them. Their pricing is very reasonable and the crew is experienced. Very good experience overall !

Wouof highly recommend this company. Jordan Wallace was professional & very knowledgeable. Another company attempted to rip us off saying we needed $1200 of work done. Jason fixed some wiring & replaced 2 sensors for $215. Quite a difference of which I was grateful & very pleased. Thank you Jordan!!

Garage door stopped working. Called Precision on a Friday afternoon and they had a tech out on Saturday morning, Tech, Brad Rambo did the installation and he was very courteous and professional. Communications with Precision before and after installation was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company.

Jeff Parkes was very knowledgeable and was able to point out some potential issues that could have caused some problems in the near future. I originally called him out to replace a spring that had broken and through his inspection he found frayed cables, broken rollers and froze up bearings. On a Saturday at noon the spring in my garage door broke and I couldn't get the door open. One call to a live person at Precision and my door was repaired by 4 pm. We had some concerns after our garage door was installed, Brian came out to see what he could do. He seemed to fix the problem, but they still had Erik come out to make sure everything was working properly. They were both on time, explained things so that we understood, treated us with respect and took the extra time to listen to our concerns. Have been using them for years and will continue to do so. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. After getting a two hour window for the tech to arrive, ***** ********* called during the two hour window timeframe and said he would be at our location in a half hour. Right on time, he asked me to describe what exactly the garage door was doing. After asking a few questions to get a better idea of the problem, he explained what he thought the problem was and what he was going to do to resolve it.. He also gave an estimate of the cost at that time. ***** was very good at explaining the issue and how it was going to be corrected.Very good service...
