Pat Stevens did a wonderful job replacing our old garage door opener that had started to fail, installed new railings and cables, put the door sensors on and installed an outside key pad in two hours. He arrived at our scheduled time and worked efficiently. He was able to use our door still. Pat was professional and kind and we are happy with his service and the product.

Steve Wells was the technician that arrived after using the app and got an appointment of my choosing the NEXT DAY! He explained all the issues I had with my garage door system. Very professional, respectful, courteous. Very happy with my experience. Update! New garage door and opener installed and all the features are fabulous! Stefan was very good - didn't leave anything to clean up, explained all the features (which were MANY), made sure everything was working properly. I'm so grateful for Precision Garage Door and Stefan. He's a great ambassador for the company! Thank you Needed some assistance with my system. Door was opening unexpectedly for no apparent reason and my notifications was on Central instead of Eastern time. Steve Wells again helped me out! System erased and resubmitted and so far so good! This company is VERY responsive, thorough and problem solving services are top notch! Highly recommend them. Steve once again came thru for me. Everyone I've dealt with as been very knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. Can't ask for anything more. Thanks again for all you do.

My chain broke this morning on my garage door. I called Precision and they were out within 2 hours. I had the pleasure to have Stephan Freitas, jr come out to fix my issue. He was fantastic and very thorough with the job and very detailed. Thank you so much.

Eric M was on time, very professional, explained to me the steps he was going to take and the end result was a great looking, smooth action quiet door system. I think PGD is a good value. I can't speak for some of the other ratings online but I belive some of the lower ratings are occurring because people don't appreciate that diagnosing an issue has a cost if you don't decide to move forward with a fix or replace. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PGD to a friend. Great job guys!

I called Precision on Wednesday morning because the old rollers on my garage door failed. I selected Precision because they are licensed and insured with good reviews. They scheduled a same day appointment to fix the issue. The tech, Stephen Freitas, called before arriving and made sure it was okay to come a little early for the appointment. Stephen was awesome to work with! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and did a great job fixing my garage door! Stephen quoted me reasonable options before starting any work and explained everything to me along the way. The garage door is now super quiet and fully functional! Stephen also gave me maintenance tips and educational information about garage door systems. The work and parts have a 5 year warrant, which was important to me as well. I will use Precision and Stephen for all of my garage needs going forward!

First, I was impressed that Precision was able to send a service person the same day. Second, the technician who came to the house (Jordan Wallace) was very professional and he gave me several options for repair. He talked about the pros/cons of them. I believe this enabled me to make an informed decision. He got right to work and was finished within an hour and a half. I am happy with the work. Thank you Jordan!

My HOA had us redo our garage doors and I was greatly surprised by the service and product Precision provided. My old setup was not insulated and the opener was shoddy. The new one looks great works perfectly and is about 100 times quieter overall! I absolutely love the final product. **** *. was an experienced technician that got the job done without a hiccup. He worked cleanly during and his final walk through with me was very informative. I'm more than grateful for the work he did as well as the product Precision installed. I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to go with Precision for their garage upgrade needs.
