My installation representative Terrance was prompt and professional, he took no time to have my old door taken apart and uninstalled!! he had the new door up in no time and installed. Terrance took the time to show me the maintenance on the door to keep it in tip top shape! The new door is great looking and quiet !! Terrance also gave me a piece of trim to color match to the door frame !! Overall a great job !!

Terrence with precision did an excellent install. We had a whole new door and opener put in. There are some scuffs on the door panels, which he said he was going to make note of and they would either replace them or fix them. I can better rate them once I figure out what's going to be done in that aspect . Otherwise, Terence did a phenomenal job and was very professional.

Jeff called ahead and showed up at the beginning of the appointment window, which was greatly appreciated. He proceeded to patiently explain the issues I was experiencing with my door, along with options to remedy them. Once I chose the option I wanted, he proceeded to quietly and quickly complete the project, all within slightly more than an hour.

My garage door was not functioning. I had to find out if it could be repaired or if a new one was needed. Unfortunately, a tree near the garage had cracked the floor and is making it lean. A new door should not be installed until these corrections are made. Unfortunately, this work is not in my budget right now. Jeff Biehms, the Technician, was able to identify the problems, explain them to me, and prepare the current door for manual operation. He assured me that the garage is sound and that the door is safe to use. He even explained what problems might develop, probably wouldn't, and what to do, in case they did. When, and if, I am able to take care of the problems, I will get that new door. It will come from Precision Garage Door.

Brad, my technician, was very pleasant, honest, professional, courteous and respectful. Paid him in full upon completion. I have had business dealings with a lot of contractors and technicians through my life. Precision Garage Door company and their technicians are top shelf. I would not recommend using any other door company accept Precision Garage Door. I am the type of person that gives high recommendation only when high recommendation is deserved. I had such a positive experience with Precision! Our garage door opener stopped working, we called, and someone was able to come out first thing the next morning. Shawn Durecka was awesome - he thoroughly explained our options, spent time with us, and never made us feel like we were taking up too much time. He installed a new garage door opener within an hour. He called on his way and showed up in the estimated range provided. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs help with their garage door!

Precision seems to hire friendly and knowledgeable people. This is a good business model. I would (and will) hire Precision for any garage door needs that I have.

Garage door spring snapped Sunday night. Jeff came out Monday morning and assessed the situation. He gave me three options and after making my decision, went right to work. Less than three hours later he was done and I had a refreshed garage. Very happy with the result. Highly recommended.
