Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! A door cable snapped and I was able to schedule an online appointment for Monday morning. I received a confirmation text, a phone call the morning of, a photo of the technician, and a notification when they were on their way. Excellent communication! When Eric arrived, he was friendly and professional and had my door up and running in about a half hour. I was also appreciative that he presented me with a number of solution options and pricepoints and offered his own perspective as an experienced technician. They're already bookmarked for that fateful day when I'll have to replace the door entirely - 10/10 service!

Contacted Precision Door at 7am by 8:30am Jeff G came out examined my door, spring spung and could not open the door. Jeff replaced the hardware installed a new opener. He took the time to go over everything with me and help me install the door opener app. He was professional and friendly, would highly recommend Preision and Jeff G. to anyone needing a new garage door or door repair.

I made my appointment today at 9:30 this morning and Dan my technician arrived on time. Dan was very polite and knowledgeable about solving my garage door needs. Dan checked out my garage motor and replaced it with a Lift Master garage door opening system. I highly recommend this business.

They were very well-organized and efficient. I loved the technology they used for updating me (sending a text and email with a photo of the technician is a great way to make customers feel comfortable). The technician arrived early (called first to make sure it was okay), did not try to upsell me, and was done in no time at all. Everything works great! I would absolutely use them again and recommend them highly.

My garage door was damaged yesterday - Thanksgiving day. Precision Door had Brad Rambo at my place within an hour and he was able to get in repaired and working quickly. He paid attention to details and made sure everything was in good shape and safe. Will deifitely work with Brad in the Spring to have a new upgraded garage door from Precision Door

I found myself needing a new garage door right before winter. Precision was able to come out the same day I called, and they had my new door installed within two weeks. (They had other openings, but my own schedule did not. They worked with me and got everything scheduled when it worked best for me.) My installer Stefan and his associate had everything installed in just a couple of hours, and they even took the old door and track away. Highly recommend.

It was early Saturday afternoon when the torsion spring on my garage door broke. I called another repair shop that I have used before but they were closed. I decided to call Precision Garage Door and Im glad I did. I was able to have a technician sent out within hours. ***** ***** was my tech and he made quick work of the repair. It cost a little more than the original estimate since it needed new bearings as well as the new torsion springs but it does work great now. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Thanks!

My garage door Inspection was very informative and pleasant. I felt like Brad Rambo wasn't trying to shovel a bunch of stuff toward me. He told it like it is, and answered all my questions. I'm sure I'll be calling back for the install soon.

These people were incredible. I called at 8:45 in the morning. The dispatcher said that they could have a technician to my house between nine and one that same day. The tech called me 15 minutes later, said he'd be about 30 minutes away. He was here at 9:25, began work, was done at 10:45. New spring works perfectly! I would *highly* recommend them. The cost was as expected, and wasn't gouging.

From the initial call for a repair, through quotes and install, Precision was never pushy and very accommodating. We got a new garage door and opener after 20 years of the last one, and this one not only has a camera, but is very quiet when it opens/closes. The install by Terrance was perfect and he walked me through operation and maintenance. Thanks to everyone at Precision for our new and improved garage door!

My garage door stopped working late in the day on Tuesday. I called Precision Door on Tuesday and was given a window of 7 - 11am on Wednesday morning for the repair. I received a call from Shawn about 7:05am; I explained my issue and he informed me he would be out about 7:50am. He arrived on time, looked over my garage door issue and provided a quote within 5 minutes. I asked how long the job would take as I had an event in the afternoon. He assured me I would be able to make my event and that he would be done by 10am. He completed the work shortly after 9:30. I was very pleased with the end result and the pleasantness of Shawn. I highly recommend Precision Door and Shawn as the technician!

Excellent service. I called them at 2:00 pm. They came the same day within 2 hours and fixed the problem. The work completed professionally and the technician Brad Rambo explained in detail how to make my phone open the garage door and check if I left the garage door open from a remote location.
