I called Precision to replace the gasket on my garage door and the technician, Steve Wells, was at my house within 2 hrs! He did the job very efficiently and well and also did a checkup of the door, which was unexpected. He replaced the rollers on the door, lubricated the hinges and checked the health of the spring. Thank you, Steve! Precision has never disappointed!

Within a hour after calling, Eric came over and replaced the damaged cables on the garage. He advised how to get the most out of the garage and what to do if anything else happens in the future. Will recommend to others. The picture shows my original issue.

Precision Garage Door did exactly as they promised. The garage could not be opened, I called them, Eric Hathaway showed up; on time, showed me the issue and recommended I replace the garage door since the parts were so old and hard to find. He showed me a range of options and a took a picture of my house to see how the door would look. He was through, friendly and had good suggestions. He fixed the door and I waited for the new door. The door finally arrived and Anthony Dejesus installed my door. Took a few hours. He was friendly, helpful, showed me where I should spray in order for the parts to be well oiled. I would recommend this company and both Eric an Anthony to get your door installed or repaired. Very satisfied.
