11/10/2023 – Jordan did an amazing job replacing all of the hardware, springs, and wheels on our heavy solid wood door. He didn’t try to up sell, but gave us multiple options that solved our issue and we could chose to fit our budget.

10/25/2023 – Jordan was very friendly and went threw everything in detail. His partner was also very helpful. Gave a price on a new door. Looked at my 30 yrs old door and said they can’t get repair hard ware any more. I had a very nice time with him. Thanks

9/13/2023 – Great service today. Jordan was very professional and explained everything thoroughly and offered options in order to get my tank of a garage door fixed. It took about an hour to get back up and running. It was a great experience.

6/19/2023 – Jordan Houser, our technician, was on time, communicated clearly. He quickly apprised the situation with the existing garage opener and presented options to replace our old equipment. The removal and install was thorough and efficient. He followed up with both home owners to ensure complete understanding of the new product features and answer any questions.

6/15/2023 – Garage door broke after hours, they answered the phone and had someone coming next morning. Tech had cancelation so he came earlier which was great. Jordan was great. He explained everything and checked everything out thoroughly for me. He did a great job and in about an hour door was fixed and working better than before it broke. Will definitely use Precision Door again if I have any other issues. Thank you for a great job and awesome customer service.

4/26/2023 – Jordan came out to repair my garage door and he was very thorough!! Great customer service all around!!

5/31/22 – Precision Garage Door of West MI was easy to schedule an appointment the same day. Service tech Jordan was early, friendly and very thorough. Will continue to use Precision as needed And highly recommend to others.

11/117/21- Jordan was great. He did an excellent job in a fast and efficient manner while putting up with me watching and engaging in conversation. When we’re ready, I want him back to install a new door.

10/27/21 -Very pleased with the fast service, called this morning and they were here by 2:00 in the afternoon. Repair man Jordan was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained what the problem was and my options. I have used Precision in the past and found their work to be reliable and prices fair. Would not hesitate to recommend them or call them if needed in the future.

6/24/21 – I called due to my garage door no longer opening and Precision was able to send someone over the next day. Jordan arrived promptly for our appointment time and was thorough with his assessment of why the garage door is no longer functioning properly. He reviewed different options to address the problem. Once I decided which plan we’ll move forward with, he efficiently and quickly got it taken care of! After our new opener, keypad was installed, he went over features as well as lubrication suggestions. Now I have a functioning garage door again!

5/15/21 – So professional and so quick. Called and got door fixed same day! Jordan was very good. He clearly explained everything he was doing and why. He explained what he found wrong and what needed to be fixed. I never felt like I was being misguided. Will use again! Give Jordan a raise.

5/14/21 – Excellent Service!!
We have been dealing with our garage door opener not working properly for a year and decided to call Precision. My husband called them around 10 AM and they were here the same day by 12PM! Jordan was very professional and friendly and had our garage door opener fixed in about 40 minutes and the price wasn’t bad either! I definitely will use them again if needed!

5/6/21 – Jordan was excellent to work with. He has a very pleasant demeanor and explained things in detail. Our repair was faster than anticipated and professionally done.
