Jon went above and beyond! A very helpful and friendly guy. He cleaned things he didn't really need to clean, lubed things he wasn't even here to take care of and described everything he did in detail. I would have this guy back in my garage in a heartbeat!!!

I was having trouble with my garage door closing so had James from Precision Garage Door come and check it out. He found the problem immediately and explained the situation. Bottom line, I ended up ordering a whole new door (current one is really old!) so James explained the whole process, answered all my questions and got the process started. I am so anxious to get the new door as I know it will look awesome!

Jeremy came out about noon, after I'd called about 9am, so that's a great start. He was very nice, explained everything he was going to do, did it in about the time he said it would take, and the door seems to be operating smoothly & quietly now. He told me he'd make sure it's safe, and that's my biggest priority. I don't want to need him again soon, but will call again if we have garage door issues. 10/10, top notch.

Arriving home from shopping, we no sooner got into the house with groceries when we heard a large bang from the garage. Turned out to be a broken spring. We sceduled an appointment online for same day service. Judd showed up about two hours later and he was great. He evaluated all moving parts, gave us three levels of quotes and then proceeded to fix everything. He was done in less than an hour and we have a fully functional garage door again with two springs instead of one, new rollers, new cables, new bearings and cable drums. This was needed after 22 yrs. of no service ever having been done on this door. Thank you for such prompt service!
