Tried a couple of garage door places. Your's had a real person promptly answer the phone. The sale was done right then! Your technician, Ryheem Stokes, kept in contact so we knew when he would arrive. He explained our door problem, told us what he was going to do, did it, and then told us what he did. Conner arrived early because he finished early with another customer. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After looking over the situation of my garage door we decided to have the garage door replaced it is 21 years old. He took a down payment on a new one.He told me someone would get in touch to make an appointment to have the new one installed.

Tyler Kerry was our technician from Precision Garage Door today. He did an excellent job repairing and replacing needed parts on our garage door. He also gave us 4 options to choose from before beginning the work. We also received a 7 yr warranting for parts and labor on the work he did. He worked efficiently and everything is working so much better than before. We will definitely call Precision Garage Door again the next time we need work done on our opener or other garage door parts. They also came out the same day we called to make the repairs or we wouldn’t have been able to open the door and get a car out of the garage.

Three years ago, we needed emergency garage door repair. Precision came out immediately. We ended up purchasing a new door, as ours was over 45 years old. Precision came out immediately and gave us a quick fix until our new door could be ordered and installed. Got a nice looking door and installation for a very reasonable price in a few days from the initial order. Recently had an unusual squeak, called and got an appointment in less than 24 hours. I was very happy with my garage door service. They were prompt. They diagnosed the problem, informed me how it could be repaired. Gave me an estimate. Repaired the problem very quickly all the while my SUV was parked close to the garage door. Kevin and Conner were very courteous and friendly.

Austin was thorough but could not find an issue after opening and closing it several times. Our garage door wouldn't go up and had to manually open(5:00 am) so we could get to work, called the company at 8 am and was scheduled for someone to come out between 12:00 - 4:00, Technician called on his way and arrived before 12:30. Technician, Mitch Fiewig surveyed the situation and gave me a quote for repair and I asked for a quote on a new opener also, as my current one was 38 yrs old and very noisy. I agreed to the quote for repair and new opener and Mitch got to work right away. Mitch was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the repair and installation. Job was completed before 3 p.m. This is my 2nd time dealing with Precision, in 2015 I had them install a new garage door and was happy then and am happy now. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and relatives.

Our spring broke late in the afternoon and Tyler showed up the next morning. His work was excellent and first rate; he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Our door needed a lot more work than just a spring and Tyler finished in less than 2 hours. Overall a great experience and we will call again the next time we need garage door help :).
