Jerome was a great representative of the precision family, he called ah3ad, he showed up and worked digently for 2 hrs sweating his but off. He new his product, carefully worked to remove the old and carefully installed the new. A great company representative.

Needed my garage door opener replaced. I was able to secure a fast appointment; James arrived on time, and he was polite, knowledgable, and efficient. He came in a supply truck with all necessary equipment. He took about an hour for installation. It was refreshing because it did not turn into a drawn out, multi-day big deal.

Door problem at 7:00am, called Precision Door, they scheduled appointment for 10 to 12 same day. Jordan called 10:15, arrived 10:30, finished job just before noon. Polite, professional, answered questions, did his job as promised. I have used the services of Precision Door in the past with equal satisfaction. I would recommend always, to anyone. I needed my garage door code changed and the wonderful serviceman who came did an excellent job When things didn't go as planned, he discovered I needed a new keypad and installed it. He was such a calm presence and explained everything to me. Discovered one can't use an LCD light in the system as it blocks the wave.

Last service 2015 - experience was great - 9 years later sudden spring failure on door that opens 8-10 times daily sometimes - am problem fixed in afternoon- Nicholas was was great - wife is happy - I am happy - refreshing use of technology to provide great service- kudos to the IT staff team . They were kind and did a detailed and timely job. They even left us a can to spray the hinges once a year with to insure our garage door lasts as long as possible.
