Garage Door was hitting wrong and falling off tracks. Mike did a great job of identifying the problem and basically rebuilding my system to make it work. He was very resourceful.

Our garage door spring broke this Saturday morning. Jon Consiglio from Precision Garage Door came out. First of all Precision had someone who could come. Second we were updated on arrival time which was when we were told he would be here. Jon had everything he needed so the job was done in a couple hours. He replaced the spring, some split hinges and I don't know what else. At the end he showed us how to lube everything we should be maintaining 3 times a year. Jon was great to work with. I highly recommend this business.

This was the second company I called after the spring broke on my garage door, trapping my vehicle inside. The first company was going to take 4 days to get to me. I called these guys at 8pm and had Nick at my house by 8am. Nick was helpful and informative. He did a great job and also was helpful in understanding future needs of my doors. Jordan diagnosed my issues and explained my options. He was able to replace my 29 year old motor, and replaced parts that make the door open and close more smoothly. I am excited about the keypad and back up battery that will come in handy if there are power outages. I loved that he had all the parts on his truck and finished the work in less than 4 hours! Very pleased with this company and their service. John came out within an hour of me calling to diagnose the problem. Wasn’t able to fix it since it was complex but came back first thing the next morning and took care of it. Very professional, helpful and patient. My experience with Precision Garage Door was great since the beginning. Jordan was very polite and knowledgeable when he came to measure our doors. Eileen went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide assistance. She sent photos that were very helpful. She responded quickly through text, which was better for me. And when Jordan came back for installation, him and the other guy (sorry-can't remember his name) were both very helpful and explained everything in detail. Our garage doors look fantastic. They scheduled for the same morning, we're on time. Jordan is very professional. He explained all of my options in detail. Including the top option with 5 year warranty for only $50 more than the same work no warranty, $10 bucks a year to cover everything that was done today. Would recommend them as a 10. Ask for Jordan.
