Jeremy, the tech, responded to my early morning online request in less than hour, calling me via cell phone with the message he could be here in 20 minutes, and he was. He replaced our 30-yr-old main garage door opener with a Liftmaster with camera, including the touch pad box in 2.5 hrs. It operates so quietly, I no longer hear family members as they open the door and drive in. I love being able to view what the camera sees when it is triggered on. The LED Lights are also triggered by motion. Jeremy trained me on the operations before he left and wrote down his cell number down in case any questions arose.

Mike did an awesome job! He was professional, friendly, and when my husband forgot his phone I was able to call him and he relayed that I was coming home with it! We had a great experience with Precisuon Garage Door of West MI. I called on a Friday when the big spring snapped and my garage door didn't open. They were able to get a technician to me that same day for repair (I was very surprise). The technician, Tyler was extremely helpful, friendly, efficient. He explained how a repair that day was just a band-aid and didn't address the full problem. He then helped us direct that money towards a new door and we met a new technician Benjamin the following week. Ben was very professional, thorough, friendly. Garage Door is an impressive upgrade and pricing was as expected. I recommend this company and would use again ( but doubt I will have to for another 20 years).

I was having trouble with my garage door closing so had James from Precision Garage Door come and check it out. He found the problem immediately and explained the situation. Bottom line, I ended up ordering a whole new door (current one is really old!) so James explained the whole process, answered all my questions and got the process started. Jeremy came out about noon, after I'd called about 9am, so that's a great start. He was very nice, explained everything he was going to do, did it in about the time he said it would take, and the door seems to be operating smoothly & quietly now. He told me he'd make sure it's safe, and that's my biggest priority. I don't want to need him again soon, but will call again if we have garage door issues. 10/10, top notch.
