We have had superior work and customer service from Precision Garage Door of West Michigan. We purchased two garage doors and had a professional install in October 23. We heard a squeek when one door was raising this past week and called yesterday morning for service. They set us up for service the same morning and the technician called 45 min prior to confirm the appt. It took less than 30 minutes to fix a minor issue. He was professional and courteous. We highly recommend them!

Our garage door seemed to be having electrical problems. Precision scheduled with us last minute to have a rep come evaluate the problem and give us our options. James Bristol was our rep and did an exceptional job in letting us know what the issue was within 15 minutes of his evaluation. He then let us know our options (we needed a new motor), and rather quickly fixed the replaced the motor. Garage repairs are a nightmare because they're so unexpected and you can't really DIY the problem, but James made the experience so much more tolerable. And the new unit is so much nicer than the previous model.

I called first thing this morning after my garage door spring broke and my truck was stuck inside. They had an afternoon appointment available same day. Judd came out and did a full inspection of everything. He was honest and fair. He had my garage door back up and working properly within a few hours. I highly recommend using precision Door. Our door opener broke after our power went out, and within a day they had Jon out to inspect and assess the damage, after his safety inspection. Two days later, he had come and installed a brand new opener and was so polite and kind to me and my girlfriend. Service was kind, quick, and convenient. I'm absolutely pleased with the outcome and the quality of work. He even showed us how to care for it during the appointment, indicating which bearings and parts to lube quarterly.

Wow, the customer service was excellent, from the person who answered the phone to the texts and alerts that included a picture of Judd, the technician. Judd was very helpful and took the time to not only fix the problem but also let us know what he found that he fixed and to watch for going forward. Our cables got unraveled and our door was crooked and won't go down but Judd was able to complete the task very quickly like no more than 10 minutes(?). It had happened while I was trying to leave for work, and I left work early to contact the company but it was after 6pm so I wasn't able to get in until the next day. Luckily, they had an emergency contact number and that's where Judd came through to help between 8-10pm same day. He was very kind and I appreciate the help for how late it was. Definitely recommend and the fee was fair and reasonable!

We called Precision when we went to leave and our garage door would not open. Jeremy Parish arrived in about 1 hour, and gave a great evaluation of our situation. In our case the tension spring had broke, and needed replacement. Jeremy also went over the door and found other areas that had obvious wear points that we had not noticed. He replaced everything that was needed in just under 1 hour and had us back up and running. Thank you so much for coming out the day of the issue even though it was in the afternoon and last minute!
