Great experience! Very quick service. Called at 8:30 for service and they sent someone out at 10 the same morning. Tyler was my tech. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done and gave me options. Very helpful. I would recommend. Also, they are available on the weekends at no extra charge. Will be back in the future.

Precision door Company was very professional took the time to explain what they found and gave us three options of what could be done Jon the repair person explain things that we could understand what was happening why the door wasn't going up and down. This is the first time we've used this garage door company and we were very pleased with the performance and the outcome. Please call this company if you need a garage door repair!

We were able to get same day service and Jeremy the technician came right on time. He was personable and quickly diagnosed the problem and pointed out issues that I had not even noticed like two broken door hinges. Jeremy was able to quickly do repairs at a reasonable price. It was a great experience!

From making the appointment to getting my garage door repaired, the entire process was smooth and easy! I was offered an appointment within a few hours of calling, but opted for a weekend appointment, which I was so grateful that they have! Jeremy called before arriving, and was super friendly. He explained what was wrong, and was able to repair the door within about 30-45 minutes. I would highly recommend using this company for anyone needing a repair for their garage door!

Couldn't be happier. Got a next day appointment. Judd showed up and quickly gave me an assessment of my problem. New door is 3-4 weeks out, but he got me fixed up to were I can get the car in and out of the garage. Will definitely highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Our spring broke Friday night and Jeremy was able to come out Saturday morning to access the issue. We found that our spring setup was a hardware store special. So he converted it to the standard 2 spring setup in a timely manner. Not cheap, but appears to be good quality and our door works better than ever. Hopeful it will last many years to come. Jeremy was very professional and has great pride in his work. Would recommend to friends and family.

My garage door would not open or close. After a quick look at it, I noticed one of the springs had broken. I contacted Precision Door Service and they sent Jeremy Parish to check it out. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and pointed out other issues possibly causing the spring to give out. He repaired everything that I needed within an hour or so. He was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend Jeremy and Precision Door Service.
