Our opener quit working and had a response from Eileen almost immediately and gave me options to get a tech over as soon as practical for me. Connor was right on time and did a fantastic job of troubleshooting and explaining what the issue was and made sure the system was working properly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of West Michigan.

we had used Precision door about 6 months ago for new opener motor. called 9 a.m on 4/08/26, got call from service person, Austin in 10-15 min! he was only one working and was 45 min away and showed up in 40 min. he was extremely pleasant, evaluated the door problem, provided a reasonable quote. 30 min later he was done door was working great (cables had jumped from spools), provided some advice and off he went! we will be calling again in about 6 months for another opener motor on different door. Dont lose Austin!!! Your scheduling team was equally efficient, kind and thorough. Brad

Everything about my experience with precision garage doors was excellent. My technician Connor came right as scheduled and he was able to fix my door in a timely manner. He also gave me a free quote for a new door that I felt was very reasonable. I will definitely contact them again for any repair or replacement that may be in our future.

Jordan was super nice and put up with all of our interruptions and questions. He did a great job and we are happy with the results. If we had one complaint, it would be that the price ($1200) seemed really steep for just installing new springs. In fairness, we didn't get estimates from anyone else. We've used Precision in the past, and know they are a quality company, so we just went with them. Maybe next time we'll get other estimates. But we do recommend Precision if you're looking for a solid company with excellent service!

I called yesterday for a repair on our garage door. We had an appointment today between 10-12 AM. A very nice technician Conner Scene arrived at around 10:30 and had been keeping in touch as when he would arrive. He did a very nice job of repairs. We had never needed Precision before so were new customers and they took care of our problem very quickly. Thank you to all.

I called on Saturday morning and was surprised that they would be able to provide service the same day. The service tech, Jesse, showed up in the early P.M., as promised. He was pleasant and competent and without knowing what the issue was, had the parts needed to repair the door on his service van. Took about 1½ . Door works great.

First off, I like your website, which gave me the ability to schedule the appointment on a Sunday for work to be performed the next day on Monday, today. Zach did a good job on his inspection and giving me the quotes for a new opener on down to just replacing the springs. However, your prices for replacing the two springs were about $200 higher than the company from Lansing who is currently installing the same springs that Zack quoted me. Also I needed a bracket where the pulley assembly attaches to the door because my screws were stripped out from the door. Zach's price was again about $200 higher for this bracket then the current company from Lansing who is installing this bracket. So overall, precision door would have been over $400 more for the springs and bracket work on my garage door. I was willing to call precision door back if the prices were comparable but, they were not so I guess my question is, what would you do? Thank you.
