Very pleased with this company and their service. John came out within an hour of me calling to diagnose the problem. Wasn’t able to fix it since it was complex but came back first thing the next morning and took care of it. Very professional, helpful and patient. Explained everything thoroughly and set up the remotes to work on the garage he repaired and the pole barn door as well. I would highly recommend John and Precision Garage Door.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was great since the beginning. Jordan was very polite and knowledgeable when he came to measure our doors. Eileen went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide assistance. She sent photos that were very helpful. She responded quickly through text, which was better for me. And when Jordan came back for installation, him and the other guy (sorry-can't remember his name) were both very helpful and explained everything in detail. Our garage doors look fantastic. I'm really hoping to do our barn door at some point soon, too! Thank you!

Nick, the technician, quickly fixed the issue with the door. He kept me updated and from start to finish. While I hope I don’t have to, if any issues with the door comes up again, I will be calling Precision and hopefully Nick will be there to help.

They scheduled for the same morning, we're on time. Jordan is very professional. He explained all of my options in detail. Including the top option with 5 year warranty for only $50 more than the same work no warranty, $10 bucks a year to cover everything that was done today. Would recommend them as a 10. Ask for Jordan.

Jeremy Parish was quick, friendly, and efficient. He made sure everything was working smoothly the whole time he was servicing our garage. He even made sure the door closed all the way with changing the setting on the motor. Also was quite assuring that the damages were repairable without trying to scam me into getting something I didn't need. Checked to make sure all the parts that move were moving properly and added some lubricant. I would say it was a very fair estimate. My door almost looks good as new. Even helped me with tips on how to keep the garage door in the best condition it can be in a long with tips on what to look out for as the door is original from 97'. Thank you guys for helping my family keep our dog inside.

Our garage door lift-hardware failed last week. I looked online for a repair service and found Precision Garage Door. The booking process and execution of the repair could not be faulted. The booking person was polite and explained everything in advance. She read back all the details to make sure she had everything correct. We were relieved that the repair could happen on Saturday without incurring a surcharge and that a no obligation quote would be provided by the technician before any work was completed. My wife and I both received text messages to confirm the appointment, and one from the technician to say he was on his way. The message included a photo of said tech (Jeremy Parish). Jeremy was very professional, friendly and efficient, and the work was completed to a high standard. If you need a garage door repair in West Michigan, this company did an outstanding job for us.

Was expensive but they came out the same day I contacted them, and did excellent work. Mike M explained what he think happened and what could be done to fix it very clearly. He replaced the broken tension springs (why I called) and the pulleys and bearings at my request to prevent those from failing since they were looking very rough. He had everything needed in his van, no "waiting for parts". I think I initially reached out around 1:30p online and it was fixed at 4:30 - including the hour or so it takes to get here! Would gladly use Precision again, my door opens and closes better/quieter than before it broke.

Our garage door broke last night and we made an online appointment for next day with precision garage door of west Michigan. Came home Saturday just after 4pm to crooked door as cable had snapped last time I closed the garage door about 30 minutes before. Jeremy was at my house within the hour and had the job completed by 6pm. On a Saturday. Upgrades to some older worn-out features have been well worth the investment.

Replaced garage door opener. Very quiet and convenient, many safety features. Life time warranty on belt and motor. Five years on entire unit. Jeremy was our technician, excellent customer service!!
