Our technician was very knowledgeable and made sure the door was in proper working order before leaving. The bearings on our spring system failed in less than 5 years. This system was not from Precision Garage Door. Due to the high cost my satisfaction will depend entirely on how long my door continues to work.

We called them on a Sunday(Mothers day) garage door sprung. They were there in about 1 hr. Charles Butler was the tech super friendly explaining everything and door repaired. Scheduled an online appt this morning after 7am. Requested same day, 8am - 10am slot. 20 minutes later I get a text from Chuck that he is on his way. Chuck arrived at 8am. Replaced both torsion springs and rollers. Done by 10am. Chuck was excellent, kept me informed on work progress and was very thorough. Excellent repair from the start to the end. Highly recommended
