I had such a great experience with this company today! Our technician, Chuck Butler was extremely helpful and personable. He provided excellent customer service explained everything clearly & the pricing was very fair. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to come out same day service within just a couple of hours of my call with no crazy emergency fees! The repair was done efficiently & everything is working perfectly now. Im very happy with the work done here today & would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair!

Scheduled an online appt this morning after 7am. Requested same day, 8am - 10am slot. 20 minutes later I get a text from Chuck that he is on his way. Chuck arrived at 8am. Replaced both torsion springs and rollers. Done by 10am. Chuck was excellent, kept me informed on work progress and was very thorough. Excellent repair from the start to the end. Highly recommended

Glad I chose Precision Garage Door to fix my broken door. Daniel noticed multiple things that were incorrect with the door components. This door has been in place for 24 years, and he was the first person to bring up any of these concerns. Daniel fixed the door, and all adjustments that needed to be done. This company was top-notch from start to finish. Very professional, very friendly and upfront about all costs involved in everything provided, I needed a new garage door. It did take a little longer than I had hoped to get the product in store/made but I understand as Im sure there are plenty of orders to deal with, and they have to be precise with measurements! Terrance was my technician that came out to install today and he was very friendly, professional and efficient. He definitely did a five star job. Attention to detail and helping me learn the new remotes. I would definitely recommend this company.

A little bit of a mystery with this repair as this unit was fixed in 2022 but, today different parts were noted? . However, the technician was very professional and addressed my issues in a very timely manner. I will definitely call again if I need to , great service.
