My technician, Jessey Metzmaker, arrived within an hour of my call. He quickly assessed the problem of why my garage door opener was not opening the door. It turns out that the electric eyes were out of alignment with each other causing the opener not to operate. They were probably knocked out of alignment by the furniture movers that moved furniture through my garage door the day before. Mr. Metzmaker emphasized that the elec He charged me $0. Called earlier in the week after my garage door broke and scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday with a 4hr window. The technician showed up right at the beginning of that window at 8am and we discussed what could be done to fix my issue. Although the fix was more than I was wanting to spend the parts for the original system were not available so a conversion was installed in about an hour with all new parts and now my garage door opens and closes much smoother then before. Everyone was polite and courteous and the job was completed quickly. Would definitely use again if needed.
