Cesar Velasquez did a wonderful job installing my new garage door! We did realize halfway through the install that it was the wrong door and he quickly took the info and photos and emailed everything and by the time he left it was being fixed.

July 4th weekend, the weather has been very hot and muggy. We leave for work at 6am and the garage door only goes down hallway, we must continue. When we return we notice the spring is destroyed, the cables are coiled in a big bunch. We need to call for assistance. The appointment was scheduled for one-two hours later, unbelievable! On a holiday weekend! Daniel Mendoza drove through traffic jams, rain storms and got here as promised! He was very professional, giving us several estimates and warranties to choose. We made the decision. He worked in the hot garage for as long as he needed to make certain the garage door would work right. Now our door sounds better than ever! We have to look to make sure that it has gone down, it's so quiet! Thanks so much Daniel!

Ive never needed to repair my garage door before and I came home and found that the spring was broken. I called this morning and they had Daniel Mendoza come out to repair it. Torsion spring on our garage door snapped today. Called Precision at 12:15 PM, and they had a technician (Daniel) at the house shortly before 2:00. By 3:45 Daniel was testing the door operation with all the new hardware he installed. 4:00 he was headed down the driveway to his next stop. Door is quieter and runs smoother. Super polite, walked me through the details from A-Z. First call I make the next time one of the doors has an issue will 100% be Precision. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up Daniel. Well done sir!

After our initial troubleshooting failed to fix our garage door openers, I called a couple places. Precision was able to get us in the same day. Daniel Mendoza was the technician assigned to our project and arrived on time. Was extremely professional and very helpful. We ended up needing replacement openers. He installed them that day and stuck around to make sure we knew how they worked and that the remotes were set up. He cleaned up after himself and the garage looked better than when he came. I do hope to never need service again, but if I do, I will be calling Precision Garage Door.

My wife and I had an exceptional experience with Precision and the technician (Daniel). Everything was very professional and informative. Daniel did a great job, and takes pride in his work. He believes as I do that there is only one way to do the job. The right way! There was a difficult moment getting things aligned, but he said he wouldn't leave until it was perfect. He programed our vehicles, explained how the system works, and cleaned up after himself. Everything works great! Daniel lives in the our own neighborhood, and he acts like a good neighbor. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door. You definitely get what you pay for with this company.
