My technician, Jessey Metzmaker, arrived within an hour of my call. He quickly assessed the problem of why my garage door opener was not opening the door. It turns out that the electric eyes were out of alignment with each other causing the opener not to operate. They were probably knocked out of alignment by the furniture movers that moved furniture through my garage door the day before. Mr. Metzmaker emphasized that the elec He charged me $0. I will be sure to call Precision for all my future garage door needs.
