We had Precision Garage Door Company installed our new garage door back to 2017. We never had problems and any issues for almost 9 years. Because the garage door opened and closed by itself once a while today . So we called technician of AI garage to come to look at it. The technician gave us the wrong information said because door is too heavy, maybe need replace spring, or maybe logic board issue. He didn’t fix the problem, but he charged us $166 for him to come here . Good things is he helped us to reach Precision asked if the spring is still under warranty. I called Precision office, they responded so quickly and had a technician Jessy Metzmaker came over within short period time. Jessy checked all the parts, he didn’t think were logic board or spring issue. He diagnosed was garage door buttons problems and he replaced old one with reasonable charged. Now it is working fine We liked he’s smart and honest. I totally recommend the Precision company is a place you can trust and realizable company.

We called Precision because my mother’s garage door was stuck halfway and we could not get it to close. They came as promised within a few hours. Daniel Mendoza did an excellent job explaining the problem to my elderly mother. He told her the options for fixing the problem, and had it fixed and working in no time. I am so impressed with this company and with Daniel. I highly recommend them.

On March19th our garage door quit working, the spring was clearly broken. Time to call the professionals. We had used Precision Garage Door in our previous home in 2019 and were completely satisfied. So time to try the same company in a different part of the world. From the initial call to the inspection, the options to fix presented for various price points, the decision chosen and the work completed beautifully was less than 24 hours from the initial breakdown. Professional, fast, communicative, discussing various take and give points for cost versus functional scope, with safety 100% the primary factor the entire way, we chose our option and are 100% satisfied. Not to mention we now have a 5 year guarantee on the work and parts required to perform the fix gives us great peace of mind. Charles was awesome! He explained the problems, the options and performed the work neatly, efficiently and gladly. He spoke highly of the company he worked for, never shared a negative thought, and did his work fast. My wife and I had an exceptional experience with Precision and the technician (Daniel). Everything was very professional and informative. Daniel did a great job, and takes pride in his work. He believes as I do that there is only one way to do the job. The right way! There was a difficult moment getting things aligned, but he said he wouldn't leave until it was perfect. He programed our vehicles, explained how the system works, and cleaned up after himself. Everything works great! Daniel lives in the our own neighborhood, and he acts like a good neighbor. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door. You definitely get what you pay for with this company.

I would give them a 10 if I could. This is a very professional outfit. They show up on time. They give you a heads up when they’re on the way. They know what they’re doing. They give you what they promised to give you. The technicians are great. If you have a problem with your garage door, call them first you won’t be disappointed.

Our service tech, Jessy, arrived in less than two hours. He did a great job explaining the problem with my garage door seal and then replacing. He also replaced our door opener--which hadn't worked properly in two years. The other company I had previously contacted just gave me an 800 number for the opener manufacturer and told me to call them myself! I'm a very happy Precision customer and will certainly use them again.

Called earlier in the week after my garage door broke and scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday with a 4hr window. The technician showed up right at the beginning of that window at 8am and we discussed what could be done to fix my issue. Although the fix was more than I was wanting to spend the parts for the original system were not available so a conversion was installed in about an hour with all new parts and now my garage door opens and closes much smoother then before. Everyone was polite and courteous and the job was completed quickly. Would definitely use again if needed.

I had such a great experience with this company today! Our technician, Chuck Butler was extremely helpful and personable. He provided excellent customer service explained everything clearly & the pricing was very fair. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to come out same day service within just a couple of hours of my call with no crazy emergency fees!
