I purchased my overhead garage door from Precision a little over a year ago. I began to have a minor problem with the app I was using. I called precision and they were able to have someone come out to help me within 24hours. The service rep was amazing and so was the actual installer who came out. The technicians were very polite, professional, and fixed the issue of my beam tripping due to a loose connection. They also offered some additional repairs that could be done to improve my door performance (which I declined) but they saved the quote in case I needed it in the future. I had Precision Garage Door come to my house in September. The tech looked at the brand I had (Memard's store brand) and said they don't fix those. I pointed out that the commercial and website says they service all makes and models. He said they only mean all MAJOR makes and models. He made a show of poking around for ten minutes, said he couldn't fix it, and tried to sell me a new one for thousands of dollars. I still had to pay the service fee. I had a different company come out shortly after, and they had it up and running in 30 minutes. Don't listen when they say they fix all models.
