Cesar Velasquez did a wonderful job installing my new garage door! We did realize halfway through the install that it was the wrong door and he quickly took the info and photos and emailed everything and by the time he left it was being fixed.

I called Precision Garage Door with a garage door problem on Friday afternoon at 1:50 by 2:10 a technician named Daniel Mendoza was at my home. What a wonderful young man ! He was extremely knowledgeable about his profession and walked me through what he planned to do and all the pricing options available to me. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for the quality workmanship they are all about

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained all my options and potential costs and warrantees. Opted to replace Genie opener with a new Liftmaster; Daniel Mendoza was so professional that I opted to have the Genie opener on a parallel door, also replaced.

I purchased my overhead garage door from Precision a little over a year ago. I began to have a minor problem with the app I was using. I called precision and they were able to have someone come out to help me within 24hours. The service rep was amazing and so was the actual installer who came out. I am overly pleased with the product along with the service of the overall company.

The technicians were very polite, professional, and fixed the issue of my beam tripping due to a loose connection. They also offered some additional repairs that could be done to improve my door performance (which I declined) but they saved the quote in case I needed it in the future. I will definitely use this team again, they were great.

I had Precision Garage Door come to my house in September. The tech looked at the brand I had (Memard's store brand) and said they don't fix those. I pointed out that the commercial and website says they service all makes and models. He said they only mean all MAJOR makes and models. He made a show of poking around for ten minutes, said he couldn't fix it, and tried to sell me a new one for thousands of dollars. I still had to pay the service fee. I had a different company come out shortly after, and they had it up and running in 30 minutes. Don't listen when they say they fix all models.

I had a dead operator and needed a replacement system and was recommended to Precision by a realtor. The service was exceptional and Daniel answered all questions or concerns regarding the replacement and during the install was very personable 10/10.
