Torsion spring on our garage door snapped today. Called Precision at 12:15 PM, and they had a technician (Daniel) at the house shortly before 2:00. By 3:45 Daniel was testing the door operation with all the new hardware he installed. 4:00 he was headed down the driveway to his next stop. Door is quieter and runs smoother. Super polite, walked me through the details from A-Z. First call I make the next time one of the doors has an issue will 100% be Precision. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up Daniel. Well done sir!

When my garage door quit working, Precision was able to come out the next morning and fit it. Daniel was my technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional, explaining what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needed a new garage door or needed to have one serviced.
