Subject: Service Feedback for Precision Garage Door Dear Precision Garage Door Team, I wanted to express my appreciation for the service I received June 16. I called for a service appointment, and I was pleased with how quickly your main office staff arranged a call for the next day, accommodating my request for an early time. The technician who arrived was not only responsible but also took the time to carefully address all my questions. He was thorough in his assessment and successfully resolved all the issues I was experiencing with my garage door. Thank you for your excellent service! I wish the answering service personnel were at par with your company staff and technicians.

Daniel Mendoza (and all of Precision) has been very professional. I had Precision come out last year for an issue and they fixed everything perfectly. This time I had a separate issue and they came and fixed everything up perfectly. They worked with Chamberlain to get me a new unit as it was still under warranty and then installed it after I got the new unit. Thank you so much.

We had Precision Garage Door Company installed our new garage door back to 2017. We never had problems and any issues for almost 9 years. Because the garage door opened and closed by itself once a while today . So we called technician of AI garage to come to look at it. The technician gave us the wrong information said because door is too heavy, maybe need replace spring, or maybe logic board issue. He didn’t fix the problem, but he charged us $166 for him to come here . Good things is he helped us to reach Precision asked if the spring is still under warranty. I called Precision office, they responded so quickly and had a technician Jessy Metzmaker came over within short period time. Jessy checked all the parts, he didn’t think were logic board or spring issue. He diagnosed was garage door buttons problems and he replaced old one with reasonable charged. Now it is working fine We liked he’s smart and honest. I totally recommend the Precision company is a place you can trust and realizable company.

Daniel Mendoza came out for a free quote on a malfunctioning overhead opener. He was very detailed in his inspection and gave me price points on different options moving forward. My overhead was 24 years old and needed replacing. He installed the new overhead and was installing well past when he thought he would be done, all for a WiFi issue with the motion sensor camera. He spent a lot of time trying to diagnose and fix the issue, which turned a 2 hour job into almost a 4 hour job. He was patient, professional, and very personable. I appreciate the work he did. I would recommend all day, any day!

The technician, Tim, was able to come out same day to troubleshoot our problem. I really appreciate him taking a huge amount of time to diagnose the issue and testing whether the unit can be fixed before finally recommending replacing the lifter unit. The work was done quickly and professionally, and he really made sure to explain all the features and basic things to watch out for with the new unit. Excellent service.

Old garage door opener failed over the weekend- was able to get Jesse M. From Precision Garage Doors out to replace the unit first thing Monday. New opener works great, very quiet and Jesse was professional and fast- less than 90 minutes to install new Genie opener.
