Called earlier in the week after my garage door broke and scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday with a 4hr window. The technician showed up right at the beginning of that window at 8am and we discussed what could be done to fix my issue. Although the fix was more than I was wanting to spend the parts for the original system were not available so a conversion was installed in about an hour with all new parts and now my garage door opens and closes much smoother then before. Everyone was polite and courteous and the job was completed quickly. Would definitely use again if needed.

I will definitely keep them first in mind when dealing with any garage door issues in the future. The technician Dylan was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about all things garage doors. And the company's quote was honest and extremely competitive! Ultimately went with another company (who had to fight tooth and nail to get my business) but decided to give Dylan and his company the quality review they deserve. I would highly recommend!

I chose Precision based on reviews theyd received and I made a good choice! The initial technician I met with, Daniel Mendoza, was prompt, professional and answered all my questions when ultimately providing me a quote to replace my garage door and even got it scheduled for the following day since mine was no longer operational. The install was also done with courtesy and professionalism by Alex Kliza and he also helped me make sure my questions were answered and ensured my remote still opened my door as expected. For unexpectedly having to initiate services, I am happy with the outcome and how I was treated by your staff.

After our initial troubleshooting failed to fix our garage door openers, I called a couple places. Precision was able to get us in the same day. Daniel Mendoza was the technician assigned to our project and arrived on time. Was extremely professional and very helpful. We ended up needing replacement openers. He installed them that day and stuck around to make sure we knew how they worked and that the remotes were set up. He cleaned up after himself and the garage looked better than when he came. I do hope to never need service again, but if I do, I will be calling Precision Garage Door.

Precision was able to come out less than 24 hours after I called with a problem. Unfortunately, we ended up needing a new door. But Steve helped me pick the best options. The process was quick and painless. Anthony installed my garage door and it looks amazing! He communicated throughout the process and left the workspace spic and span!! We are very happy with our experience with Precision.
