I used Precision in 2019 with the installation of a new garage door. This is the first time I've had a problem of a broken spring, which is expected with normal wear. Dan, my technician was very professional and explained the difference between the old spring and the new ones they use now; I was very appreciative of that. After completion, the door performs well and now seals tight with the garage floor.

Quick and efficient scheduling of repair for broken garage door opener spring and related worn parts. The communications (e-mail, text and phone calls were performed in a timely manner and were clear and accurate. The technician (Daniel Mendoza) arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, presented 3 options with estimates withing 10 minutes. After I decided on the service option, Daniel started working immediately using the appropriate items stocked in his service vehicle - no delays to go get needed parts. The work was finished in less than 2 hours from arrival. Daniel explained what was done and demonstrated how the replaced springs and other parts were performing as designed. A very good experience.

My technician, Jessey Metzmaker, arrived within an hour of my call. He quickly assessed the problem of why my garage door opener was not opening the door. It turns out that the electric eyes were out of alignment with each other causing the opener not to operate. They were probably knocked out of alignment by the furniture movers that moved furniture through my garage door the day before. Mr. Metzmaker emphasized that the elec He charged me $0.
