After our initial troubleshooting failed to fix our garage door openers, I called a couple places. Precision was able to get us in the same day. Daniel Mendoza was the technician assigned to our project and arrived on time. Was extremely professional and very helpful. We ended up needing replacement openers. He installed them that day and stuck around to make sure we knew how they worked and that the remotes were set up. He cleaned up after himself and the garage looked better than when he came. I do hope to never need service again, but if I do, I will be calling Precision Garage Door.

Daniel Mendoza came out for a free quote on a malfunctioning overhead opener. He was very detailed in his inspection and gave me price points on different options moving forward. My overhead was 24 years old and needed replacing. He installed the new overhead and was installing well past when he thought he would be done, all for a WiFi issue with the motion sensor camera. He spent a lot of time trying to diagnose and fix the issue, which turned a 2 hour job into almost a 4 hour job. He was patient, professional, and very personable. I appreciate the work he did. I would recommend all day, any day!

The technician, Tim, was able to come out same day to troubleshoot our problem. I really appreciate him taking a huge amount of time to diagnose the issue and testing whether the unit can be fixed before finally recommending replacing the lifter unit. The work was done quickly and professionally, and he really made sure to explain all the features and basic things to watch out for with the new unit. Excellent service.

My door wouldnt close when I pushed the button! Went online that morning and signed up for service for later in afternoon. At 2:00, as promised, Dan Duvalls smiling face was at our door. He quickly found while sweeping around the door I dislodged a wire to the safety eyes. Had us up and going quickly with a fair charge for our service. Were very happy with Precision Door!
