On March19th our garage door quit working, the spring was clearly broken. Time to call the professionals. We had used Precision Garage Door in our previous home in 2019 and were completely satisfied. Our service tech, Jessy, arrived in less than two hours. He did a great job explaining the problem with my garage door seal and then replacing. He also replaced our door opener--which hadn't worked properly in two years. The other company I had previously contacted just gave me an 800 number for the opener manufacturer and told me to call them myself! I'm a very happy Precision customer and will certainly use them again.

Called earlier in the week after my garage door broke and scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday with a 4hr window. The technician showed up right at the beginning of that window at 8am and we discussed what could be done to fix my issue. Although the fix was more than I was wanting to spend the parts for the original system were not available so a conversion was installed in about an hour with all new parts and now my garage door opens and closes much smoother then before. Everyone was polite and courteous and the job was completed quickly. Would definitely use again if needed.
