Called them and they were available immediately. There was a lot of things wrong with my garage door besides just my broken spring and I really appreciate Steve taking the time and showing me everything while also making me multiple quotes so I can make an informed decision.

Update: The door was installed today. Couldn't be happier. The installers showed up right when they said they would (8am) and had the new door installed and the old door removed in about two hours. New door looks and works great. Previous comments: Our garage door was literally falling apart. We chose to get an estimate from Precision due to the good Google reviews. The office responded to me right away and Rick came out the next day to provide some estimates. We had initially chosen a garage door that was really expensive and Rick offered some advice and we ended up with what we consider a great alternative at a great price. Rick was able to send a few mock-ups to give us an idea of how the doors would look on the garage which was very helpful. Overall, highly recommend Precision for the service and the number of door options. Thank you, Rick!

My garage door opener died at 4:50 pm on a Friday. I had it serviced several years earlier so I called that company. I had to be put on the urgent list for $199; I wasn't happy but I didn't want to wait until Sunday - the first available 'regular' appointment. Right after that call, I called Precision Door and they offered me a Saturday appt time of 12-2pm for $75 so I scheduled my appt (and called the previous company to cancel and tell them why). I was extremely happy with Jessy Metzmaker. He explained everything that needed to be done and it was done in a very reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be using this company in the future and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Ver timely. Arrived on time. Was told the job would take 1 1/2 hours. Took just under 1 1/2 hours. Very professional and personable. Hauled away the old and cleaned up the mess. Will contact for the other door and recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely a great and reputable company. After I had originally hired A1 Garage to replace broken springs and new drums, A1 botched the project and charged me $1500. Springs and drums were replaced, but door opener would no longer work, and was told that I needed another $500 in bracket replacement to correct the issue. I then called Precision Garage Door Service, who had me up and running within two hours of the technician (Steve) arriving. Steve even filled me in on everything that he did, and how to maintain the excellent work that he had done. VERY satisfied!!! Call Precision if you need any Garage door service...they are honest, and follow-up from start to finish!
