The initial technician I met with, Daniel Mendoza, was prompt, professional and answered all my questions when ultimately providing me a quote to replace my garage door and even got it scheduled for the following day since mine was no longer operational. The install was also done with courtesy and professionalism by Alex Kliza and he also helped me make sure my questions were answered and ensured my remote still opened my door as expected. For unexpectedly having to initiate services, I am happy with the outcome and how I was treated by your staff.

My daughter backed into the garage door and knocked it off track. I called the door installers and they came out and gave me a $7500 offer and said dont use the door. Thats when I called Precision Door Service. Steve showed up the same day and checked all the tracks and wheels and made sure everything was good at which time he said if we upgrade the wheels and bearings everything should be good for a long time. Or at least until it gets backed in to again- total cost $750. Great work Steve - you made a customer for life!!!

After our initial troubleshooting failed to fix our garage door openers, I called a couple places. Precision was able to get us in the same day. Daniel Mendoza was the technician assigned to our project and arrived on time. Was extremely professional and very helpful. We ended up needing replacement openers. He installed them that day and stuck around to make sure we knew how they worked and that the remotes were set up. He cleaned up after himself and the garage looked better than when he came. I do hope to never need service again, but if I do, I will be calling Precision Garage Door.

Daniel Mendoza came out for a free quote on a malfunctioning overhead opener. He was very detailed in his inspection and gave me price points on different options moving forward. My overhead was 24 years old and needed replacing. He installed the new overhead and was installing well past when he thought he would be done, all for a WiFi issue with the motion sensor camera. He spent a lot of time trying to diagnose and fix the issue, which turned a 2 hour job into almost a 4 hour job. He was patient, professional, and very personable. I appreciate the work he did. I would recommend all day, any day!
