I called Precision Garage Door with a garage door problem on Friday afternoon at 1:50 by 2:10 a technician named Daniel Mendoza was at my home. What a wonderful young man ! He was extremely knowledgeable about his profession and walked me through what he planned to do and all the pricing options available to me. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for the quality workmanship they are all about

Scheduled an online appt this morning after 7am. Requested same day, 8am - 10am slot. 20 minutes later I get a text from Chuck that he is on his way. Chuck arrived at 8am. Replaced both torsion springs and rollers. Done by 10am. Chuck was excellent, kept me informed on work progress and was very thorough. Excellent repair from the start to the end. Highly recommended

July 4th weekend, the weather has been very hot and muggy. We leave for work at 6am and the garage door only goes down hallway, we must continue. When we return we notice the spring is destroyed, the cables are coiled in a big bunch. We need to call for assistance. The appointment was scheduled for one-two hours later, unbelievable! On a holiday weekend! Daniel Mendoza drove through traffic jams, rain storms and got here as promised! He was very professional, giving us several estimates and warranties to choose. We made the decision. He worked in the hot garage for as long as he needed to make certain the garage door would work right. Now our door sounds better than ever! We have to look to make sure that it has gone down, it's so quiet! Thanks so much Daniel!

Precision Garage door was awesome to work with from the first call to get an in home estimate to the finished product. The service rep that came to give an estimate was the same technician that returned to do the work! Not only was Daniel's work clean, quick and efficient, but he was able to make some very specific changes to placement and height of our garage door opener that we discussed. I'm happy with the finished install and Daniel taking the time to walk me through my new device, get it set up on my phone and in both vehicles!

This company is the best!! Have used them a couple of times. The tech Jesse was amazing!! Took photos and explained issues in-depth. I was given three options to rectify my issue and other potential issues. At NO did I feel like it was a hard sell. Jesse was VERY friendly and knowledgeable. I even asked him if he liked his job. He immediately said he loved it and enjoyed speaking with and getting to know the customers. He was very honest and genuine. Please use this company for future garage door issues. They are fair,knowledgeable, and honest, IMO. Thanks Jesse!!

Excellent service; we are new owners of a condo and our inspector had recommended that we have our garage door serviced. Ive never needed to repair my garage door before and I came home and found that the spring was broken. I called this morning and they had Daniel Mendoza come out to repair it. The service and professionalism of Daniel was outstanding. It is so nice to have such a great service experience. Precision Garage Door was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the response was quick to have someone out and the job completed. The experience with Jessy was fabulous and he did an amazing job with the install of my new garage door opener and was very thorough in making sure I understood the operation of the new door opener and what future maintenance should be done.

Torsion spring on our garage door snapped today. Called Precision at 12:15 PM, and they had a technician (Daniel) at the house shortly before 2:00. By 3:45 Daniel was testing the door operation with all the new hardware he installed. 4:00 he was headed down the driveway to his next stop. Door is quieter and runs smoother. Super polite, walked me through the details from A-Z. First call I make the next time one of the doors has an issue will 100% be Precision. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up Daniel. Well done sir!

I had such a great experience with this company today! Our technician, Chuck Butler was extremely helpful and personable. He provided excellent customer service explained everything clearly & the pricing was very fair. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to come out same day service within just a couple of hours of my call with no crazy emergency fees! The repair was done efficiently & everything is working perfectly now. Im very happy with the work done here today & would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair!
