We had Precision Garage Door Company installed our new garage door back to 2017. We never had problems and any issues for almost 9 years. Because the garage door opened and closed by itself once a while today . So we called technician of AI garage to come to look at it. The technician gave us the wrong information said because door is too heavy, maybe need replace spring, or maybe logic board issue. He didn’t fix the problem, but he charged us $166 for him to come here . Good things is he helped us to reach Precision asked if the spring is still under warranty. I called Precision office, they responded so quickly and had a technician Jessy Metzmaker came over within short period time. Jessy checked all the parts, he didn’t think were logic board or spring issue. He diagnosed was garage door buttons problems and he replaced old one with reasonable charged. Now it is working fine We liked he’s smart and honest. I totally recommend the Precision company is a place you can trust and realizable company.

Our service tech, Jessy, arrived in less than two hours. He did a great job explaining the problem with my garage door seal and then replacing. He also replaced our door opener--which hadn't worked properly in two years. The other company I had previously contacted just gave me an 800 number for the opener manufacturer and told me to call them myself! I'm a very happy Precision customer and will certainly use them again.

Called earlier in the week after my garage door broke and scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday with a 4hr window. The technician showed up right at the beginning of that window at 8am and we discussed what could be done to fix my issue. Although the fix was more than I was wanting to spend the parts for the original system were not available so a conversion was installed in about an hour with all new parts and now my garage door opens and closes much smoother then before. Everyone was polite and courteous and the job was completed quickly. Would definitely use again if needed.

I had such a great experience with this company today! Our technician, Chuck Butler was extremely helpful and personable. He provided excellent customer service explained everything clearly & the pricing was very fair. Scheduled an online appt this morning after 7am. Requested same day, 8am - 10am slot. 20 minutes later I get a text from Chuck that he is on his way. Chuck arrived at 8am. Replaced both torsion springs and rollers. Done by 10am. Chuck was excellent, kept me informed on work progress and was very thorough. Excellent repair from the start to the end. Highly recommended
