Precision Garage Door was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the response was quick to have someone out and the job completed. Torsion spring on our garage door snapped today. Called Precision at 12:15 PM, and they had a technician (Daniel) at the house shortly before 2:00. By 3:45 Daniel was testing the door operation with all the new hardware he installed. 4:00 he was headed down the driveway to his next stop. Door is quieter and runs smoother. Super polite, walked me through the details from A-Z. First call I make the next time one of the doors has an issue will 100% be Precision. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up Daniel. Well done sir!

When my garage door quit working, Precision was able to come out the next morning and fit it. Daniel was my technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional, explaining what needed to be done. Jessy was the tech that came out and gave me the quote. He is the reason I went with PGD. He is one of the best reps I have ever dealt with. Jessy and Stefan installed my new garage door. Steve Franklin installed a new double garage door at my home today. He arrived early, having contacted me ahead of his arrival to be sure it was okay, which it was. I chose Precision based on reviews theyd received and I made a good choice! The initial technician I met with, Daniel Mendoza, was prompt, professional and answered all my questions when ultimately providing me a quote to replace my garage door and even got it scheduled for the following day since mine was no longer operational. The install was also done with courtesy and professionalism by Alex Kliza and he also helped me make sure my questions were answered and ensured my remote still opened my door as expected. For unexpectedly having to initiate services, I am happy with the outcome and how I was treated by your staff.

My daughter backed into the garage door and knocked it off track. I called the door installers and they came out and gave me a $7500 offer and said dont use the door. Thats when I called Precision Door Service. Steve showed up the same day and checked all the tracks and wheels and made sure everything was good at which time he said if we upgrade the wheels and bearings everything should be good for a long time. Or at least until it gets backed in to again- total cost $750. Great work Steve - you made a customer for life!!!

All I asked for was springs. Got a estimate for bearings, springs, adding parts, etc way overpriced also
