I was so impressed with our service! Daniel was very knowledgeable, explained the why on different options and recommendations, was friendly, and got the work done in an afternoon. The new opener works fantastic and I never felt like it was a pressured sale or taking advantage of the situation. We will keep using Precision if needed in the future for sure.

Jessy was the tech that came out and gave me the quote. He is the reason I went with PGD. He is one of the best reps I have ever dealt with. Jessy and Stefan installed my new garage door. I enjoyed/appreciated how they worked together, were willing to explain any process, thoroughly clean before they left, and explained future maintenance and why it was important. I will definitely keep them first in mind when dealing with any garage door issues in the future. The technician Dylan was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about all things garage doors. And the company's quote was honest and extremely competitive! Ultimately went with another company (who had to fight tooth and nail to get my business) but decided to give Dylan and his company the quality review they deserve. I would highly recommend!

I chose Precision based on reviews theyd received and I made a good choice! The initial technician I met with, Daniel Mendoza, was prompt, professional and answered all my questions when ultimately providing me a quote to replace my garage door and even got it scheduled for the following day since mine was no longer operational. The install was also done with courtesy and professionalism by Alex Kliza and he also helped me make sure my questions were answered and ensured my remote still opened my door as expected. For unexpectedly having to initiate services, I am happy with the outcome and how I was treated by your staff.

My daughter backed into the garage door and knocked it off track. I called the door installers and they came out and gave me a $7500 offer and said dont use the door. Thats when I called Precision Door Service. Steve showed up the same day and checked all the tracks and wheels and made sure everything was good at which time he said if we upgrade the wheels and bearings everything should be good for a long time. Or at least until it gets backed in to again- total cost $750. Great work Steve - you made a customer for life!!!

When my garage door quit working, Precision was able to come out the next morning and fit it. Daniel was my technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional, explaining what needed to be done.
