Old garage door opener failed over the weekend- was able to get Jesse M. From Precision Garage Doors out to replace the unit first thing Monday. New opener works great, very quiet and Jesse was professional and fast- less than 90 minutes to install new Genie opener.

Cesar Velasquez and his work partner (cant remember his name) were fantastic! They arrived early and were polite and considerate. They did a great job installing my very large garage door and new opener. They explained everything when they were done. There was some transport damage to one of the panels and they have assured me that it will be getting replaced. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone that needs this service.

Precision was able to come out less than 24 hours after I called with a problem. Unfortunately, we ended up needing a new door. But Steve helped me pick the best options. The process was quick and painless. Anthony installed my garage door and it looks amazing! He communicated throughout the process and left the workspace spic and span!! We are very happy with our experience with Precision.

Denial Medosa is a wonderful person. He explain everything tome. I just try to go through the estimate to try to understand everything he explained to me. I am not sure if I understand all. So it will take a little longer time to read through the proposal and understand everything. I just need little time.

I had them come out to fix a broken spring. Dan the tech told me he had to check with his boss to see if he could even do it, then told me I would have to remover drywall above and at the sides so he could do it. I had MT doors a local experienced one man shop come out. He was done in a half hour, no drywall removed, no hassles, very good pricing.

A little bit of a mystery with this repair as this unit was fixed in 2022 but, today different parts were noted? . However, the technician was very professional and addressed my issues in a very timely manner. I will definitely call again if I need to , great service.

Dan was professional and efficient. Installed a whole new operational unit and wall mount in 1 hour! Same day service the day after the 4th of July holiday, it doesnt get any better than that!
