I purchased my overhead garage door from Precision a little over a year ago. I began to have a minor problem with the app I was using. I called precision and they were able to have someone come out to help me within 24hours. The service rep was amazing and so was the actual installer who came out. I am overly pleased with the product along with the service of the overall company.

This company was top-notch from start to finish. Very professional, very friendly and upfront about all costs involved in everything provided, I needed a new garage door. It did take a little longer than I had hoped to get the product in store/made but I understand as Im sure there are plenty of orders to deal with, and they have to be precise with measurements! Terrance was my technician that came out to install today and he was very friendly, professional and efficient. He definitely did a five star job. Attention to detail and helping me learn the new remotes. I would definitely recommend this company.

The hardware did not get included when the door was packed, but the error was acknowledged with no prevarication and arrangements were pleasantly made for it to be brought and installed tomorrow. Jessy Metzmaker did a great job fixing our old garage door. He replaced the tension spring, 10" cable rollers and all the track wheels. Very happy with the work and professionalism. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone having work done on their garage door

First time with Precision Door Service and I was very impressed with their work. Explained the problems well and fixed them right away. It was not cheap at all but I am very happy that my garage door / keypads and other issues such as spring and cable are all fixed. I learned how to best take care of the garage door and other components. The technician Jessy did a great job!! Thank you very much!! I highly recommend your service to others.

The technician, Tim, was able to come out same day to troubleshoot our problem. I really appreciate him taking a huge amount of time to diagnose the issue and testing whether the unit can be fixed before finally recommending replacing the lifter unit. The work was done quickly and professionally, and he really made sure to explain all the features and basic things to watch out for with the new unit. Excellent service.

My door wouldnt close when I pushed the button! Went online that morning and signed up for service for later in afternoon. At 2:00, as promised, Dan Duvalls smiling face was at our door. He quickly found while sweeping around the door I dislodged a wire to the safety eyes. Had us up and going quickly with a fair charge for our service. Were very happy with Precision Door!

Old garage door opener failed over the weekend- was able to get Jesse M. From Precision Garage Doors out to replace the unit first thing Monday. New opener works great, very quiet and Jesse was professional and fast- less than 90 minutes to install new Genie opener.

Cesar Velasquez and his work partner (cant remember his name) were fantastic! They arrived early and were polite and considerate. They did a great job installing my very large garage door and new opener. They explained everything when they were done. There was some transport damage to one of the panels and they have assured me that it will be getting replaced. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone that needs this service.
