The technicians were very polite, professional, and fixed the issue of my beam tripping due to a loose connection. They also offered some additional repairs that could be done to improve my door performance (which I declined) but they saved the quote in case I needed it in the future. I will definitely use this team again, they were great.

Booked an appt online very easily around 9 am and Steve Wells and Daniel M. arrived a few hours later. I received a text and call with the expected arrival time. They were both very friendly and gave us 3 repair options. They were able to fix our garage door very quickly and explained what they did. It was more $ than I was expecting however I do not have anything to compare it to, since this is our first home. They did change the springs, cables and rollers. We wanted to choose a local company and we're happy with the service.

I called and had a salesman come out within two hours of calling. I was able to order a new door and opener easily. Cesar Velasquez did an amazing job installing the door. He took time to teach me everything I needed to know about the door and how to maintain it. He also cleaned everything up. No trash was left behind.

Our first experience with Precision was very pleasant. Dan was very helpful and thorough with his inspection and was able to correct the issue we were having. He also made us aware of potential issues that we should consider taking care of without making me feel pushed or pressured to make those repairs right now. He gave us the information we needed to discuss and plan to have the service done and we really appreciate. We will definitely use their services again and would recommend them.

Precision Door Service was at my house the morning after I called. Steve Wells was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. The parts needed were not in stock so he ordered them for me, and switched out the springs on my two garage doors so I could get my car out of the garage. Thank you, Steve!

Update: The door was installed today. Couldn't be happier. The installers showed up right when they said they would (8am) and had the new door installed and the old door removed in about two hours. New door looks and works great. Previous comments: Our garage door was literally falling apart. We chose to get an estimate from Precision due to the good Google reviews. The office responded to me right away and Rick came out the next day to provide some estimates. We had initially chosen a garage door that was really expensive and Rick offered some advice and we ended up with what we consider a great alternative at a great price. Rick was able to send a few mock-ups to give us an idea of how the doors would look on the garage which was very helpful. Overall, highly recommend Precision for the service and the number of door options. Thank you, Rick!

I had Precision Garage Door come to my house in September. The tech looked at the brand I had (Memard's store brand) and said they don't fix those. I pointed out that the commercial and website says they service all makes and models. He said they only mean all MAJOR makes and models. He made a show of poking around for ten minutes, said he couldn't fix it, and tried to sell me a new one for thousands of dollars. I still had to pay the service fee. I had a different company come out shortly after, and they had it up and running in 30 minutes. Don't listen when they say they fix all models.

Garage door, springs and track were out of alignment and broken. Precision dispatched technician within 24 hrs. Our tech Jessy was fantastic, explained what needed to be fixed and did the service quickly and efficiently. Best service all around.
