I really appreciate him taking a huge amount of time to diagnose the issue and testing whether the unit can be fixed before finally recommending replacing the lifter unit. The work was done quickly and professionally, and he really made sure to explain all the features and basic things to watch out for with the new unit. Excellent service.

My door wouldnt close when I pushed the button! Went online that morning and signed up for service for later in afternoon. At 2:00, as promised, Dan Duvalls smiling face was at our door. He quickly found while sweeping around the door I dislodged a wire to the safety eyes. Had us up and going quickly with a fair charge for our service. Were very happy with Precision Door!

They did a great job installing my very large garage door and new opener. They explained everything when they were done. I had them come out to fix a broken spring. Dan the tech told me he had to check with his boss to see if he could even do it, then told me I would have to remover drywall above and at the sides so he could do it. I had MT doors a local experienced one man shop come out. He was done in a half hour, no drywall removed, no hassles, very good pricing.
