The door was installed by other technicians from his company. But when I had a problem the same day with the keypad and needed assistance resetting it I called Jon.And even though it was after hours, he answered and explained how to fix the problem. Our door opener broke after our power went out, and within a day they had Jon out to inspect and assess the damage, after his safety inspection. Two days later, he had come and installed a brand new opener and was so polite and kind to me and my girlfriend. Service was kind, quick, and convenient. I'm absolutely pleased with the outcome and the quality of work. He even showed us how to care for it during the appointment, indicating which bearings and parts to lube quarterly.
