Way too expensive! Wowfirst quote was over $1,600!!???? And all i wanted was the spring replaced thats all that broke. Geeeesh. I paired it down to $691 and felt like i got a deal. The tech i had was great, but this is a DIY folks learn from mefind someone handy who can do it for you or go to YouTube University and save $$$$

Jon Provided excellent service from the beginning. He explained their various options for their Garage door and answered all questions professionally. The door was installed by other technicians from his company. But when I had a problem the same day with the keypad and needed assistance resetting it I called Jon.And even though it was after hours, he answered and explained how to fix the problem. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend them.

Very disappointing and they haven't even started yet. Waited for a week with my garage wide open, so I put some items to block it as to not invite my entire neighborhood into my home. Only at the estimate I was told to move anything 10ft from the workspace. In all the txt msgs leading upto the appointment however, not ONCE do they mention this, tho! Silly me, 7 days of hoping for no intruders, it slipped my mind. No more than a few boxes and some other EASILY moveable items. Instead of explaining to my wife she needed to move them which took 5min btw, Kaileb took the time to take pictures and just LEAVE without explanation. NOW I have to wait a whole NOTHER WEEK for an appointment since they already have half my money in the deposit. For the extra $150 I bet Fawley Doors wld have at least SAID something before just LEAVING. At this point just fix my door, it better be and GET OUT!!! And it better be done RIGHT, cause I NVR wanna do business with Precision AGAIN!

My garage buckled in today, and Precision was right there within an hour to assist me in getting the door closed for security. The door is a loss, but they provided me on the spot financing to allow me to get a new install scheduled and afford me time to pay it back. Amazing company !

We got home from lunch after church today and our garage door wouldnt open. Our spring had broken so I called Precision Garage Door. An hour and a half later Austin Bectel pulled into our driveway. The work was done by 4pm. Not bad for a Sunday afternoon emergency! Austin was great!

The door opening motor was hanging from the left side. Connor arrived promptly, fixed it by securing it, and "greased" those parts of the door that physically open and close it. He also lowered the cord that manually opens the door so short me can reach it easily. He is the nicest young man, did a thorough job, explained it all and charged a reasonable price.

Easy to schedule for repairs on the website (next day service). Jesse Sanchez was here on time (8:30 a.m.) and explained everything quickly and clearly. He fixed my 30-year old garage door cables in about 30 minutes and everything works fine now.
