Precision Garage Door of West Michigan did an absolutely excellent job with our garage door. We had a lot of issues. Tyler Kerry came promptly and was very professional every step of the way. All options were presented well, showing us how and why the problems were there helped us make the best possible decision for our needs. We purchased a new motor and many unsatisfactory parts were replaced along with a new keypad. When completed everything was explained and shown to me very well. Fast service (Tyler was over within a few hours, and did a great job), however seemed like a lot to replace two springs and lubricate ($914, was not emergency, weekend, holiday, or after hours).

Our spring broke late in the afternoon and Tyler showed up the next morning. His work was excellent and first rate; he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Our door needed a lot more work than just a spring and Tyler finished in less than 2 hours. Overall a great experience and we will call again the next time we need garage door help :).

We have a 74 year old solid wood garage door that broke today at 10:00am. I had a service tech, Tyler Kerry, at our door at 2:45pm. Tyler assessed the problem, clearly explained all the options available, and provided us with estimates for each option. After making our choice Tyler fixed the door doing a thorough job. Excellent service and communication! We highly recommend Precision Garage door and are thankful for the superior job Tyler did for us!

Tyler Kerry was our technician from Precision Garage Door today. He did an excellent job repairing and replacing needed parts on our garage door. He also gave us 4 options to choose from before beginning the work. We also received a 7 yr warranting for parts and labor on the work he did. He worked efficiently and everything is working so much better than before. We will definitely call Precision Garage Door again the next time we need work done on our opener or other garage door parts. They also came out the same day we called to make the repairs or we wouldn’t have been able to open the door and get a car out of the garage.
