It was easy making the appointment, and they were there the same day. Tyler Kerry was exceptionally helpful and polite. He offered me three choices for the repair, which I really appreciated. Tyler was nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the door within an hour or so. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service, and I hope you're lucky enough to get Tyler as your technician. Based on my experience, I'm sure the other techs are just as good. It's obvious it's a well run organization, which starts with the owner and manager, and trickles down to all employees.

Tyler Kerry was our technician from Precision Garage Door today. He did an excellent job repairing and replacing needed parts on our garage door. He also gave us 4 options to choose from before beginning the work. We also received a 7 yr warranting for parts and labor on the work he did. He worked efficiently and everything is working so much better than before. We will definitely call Precision Garage Door again the next time we need work done on our opener or other garage door parts. They also came out the same day we called to make the repairs or we wouldn’t have been able to open the door and get a car out of the garage.

Fast service (Tyler was over within a few hours, and did a great job), however seemed like a lot to replace two springs and lubricate ($914, was not emergency, weekend, holiday, or after hours).

We have a 74 year old solid wood garage door that broke today at 10:00am. I had a service tech, Tyler Kerry, at our door at 2:45pm.
