we had used Precision door about 6 months ago for new opener motor. called 9 a.m on 4/08/26, got call from service person, Austin in 10-15 min! he was only one working and was 45 min away and showed up in 40 min. he was extremely pleasant, evaluated the door problem, provided a reasonable quote. 30 min later he was done door was working great (cables had jumped from spools), provided some advice and off he went! we will be calling again in about 6 months for another opener motor on different door. Dont lose Austin!!! Your scheduling team was equally efficient, kind and thorough. Brad

Flashing lights and weird chirping coming from the garage door opener. What do we do? Call Precision!! Austin was here within 24 hours, exactly at the time we requested, and fixed us up. Repair guy, Austin, was great. Very helpful. But after doing some research, I realized how much we overpaid to get our garage door fixed. Due to the fact that it was a holiday weekend, we rushed before getting quotes elsewhere. Adhering hearing back from other repair services, I am sick to my stomach knowing how much we overpaid. Once again, Austin was nice and professional. But please, do your research before going with Precision.
