After looking over the situation of my garage door we decided to have the garage door replaced it is 21 years old. I was very happy with my garage door service. They were prompt. They diagnosed the problem, informed me how it could be repaired. Gave me an estimate. Repaired the problem very quickly all the while my SUV was parked close to the garage door. Kevin and Conner were very courteous and friendly.

Our garage door wouldn't go up and had to manually open(5:00 am) so we could get to work, called the company at 8 am and was scheduled for someone to come out between 12:00 - 4:00, Technician called on his way and arrived before 12:30. Technician, Mitch Fiewig surveyed the situation and gave me a quote for repair and I asked for a quote on a new opener also, as my current one was 38 yrs old and very noisy. I agreed to the quote for repair and new opener and Mitch got to work right away. Mitch was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the repair and installation. Job was completed before 3 p.m. This is my 2nd time dealing with Precision, in 2015 I had them install a new garage door and was happy then and am happy now. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and relatives.

The technician was prompted and provided excellent and professional service. My only concern which had nothing to do with the technician himself was the actual cost of the repair which I found on the high side compared to other service providers I had made contact with. My main reason for going with Precision was due to prior experience with garage door repair in the past. I had asked about a senior discount, which you provided but quite frankly it’s too insignificant to be considered a real discount.

Jon Provided excellent service from the beginning. He explained their various options for their Garage door and answered all questions professionally. The door was installed by other technicians from his company. But when I had a problem the same day with the keypad and needed assistance resetting it I called Jon.And even though it was after hours, he answered and explained how to fix the problem. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend them.

Very disappointing and they haven't even started yet. Waited for a week with my garage wide open, so I put some items to block it as to not invite my entire neighborhood into my home. Only at the estimate I was told to move anything 10ft from the workspace. In all the txt msgs leading upto the appointment however, not ONCE do they mention this, tho! Silly me, 7 days of hoping for no intruders, it slipped my mind. No more than a few boxes and some other EASILY moveable items. Instead of explaining to my wife she needed to move them which took 5min btw, Kaileb took the time to take pictures and just LEAVE without explanation. NOW I have to wait a whole NOTHER WEEK for an appointment since they already have half my money in the deposit. For the extra $150 I bet Fawley Doors wld have at least SAID something before just LEAVING. At this point just fix my door, it better be and GET OUT!!! And it better be done RIGHT, cause I NVR wanna do business with Precision AGAIN!

The door opening motor was hanging from the left side. Connor arrived promptly, fixed it by securing it, and "greased" those parts of the door that physically open and close it. He also lowered the cord that manually opens the door so short me can reach it easily. He is the nicest young man, did a thorough job, explained it all and charged a reasonable price.
