The technician was prompted and provided excellent and professional service. My only concern which had nothing to do with the technician himself was the actual cost of the repair which I found on the high side compared to other service providers I had made contact with. My main reason for going with Precision was due to prior experience with garage door repair in the past. I had asked about a senior discount, which you provided but quite frankly it’s too insignificant to be considered a real discount.

We used Precision Garage Door to replace a broken Garage Door Opening unit. The technician who came on May 26, 2026 to help us was courteous and professional. I called yesterday for a repair on our garage door. We had an appointment today between 10-12 AM. A very nice technician Conner Scene arrived at around 10:30 and had been keeping in touch as when he would arrive. He did a very nice job of repairs.
