My garage door wouldn't stay closed. I called Precision Door on Friday afternoon and were there by Saturday afternoon. The service tech did his inspection and then communicated thoroughly about what he would need to do. The repairs were completed pretty quickly. The service tech that came out was great!!

Tried a couple of garage door places. Your's had a real person promptly answer the phone. The sale was done right then! Your technician, Ryheem Stokes, kept in contact so we knew when he would arrive. He explained our door problem, told us what he was going to do, did it, and then told us what he did. He was efficient and courteous and answered our questions. Before he left he gave us a few maintenance tips that will help. A good experience. Thanks.
