Our garage door wouldn't go up and had to manually open(5:00 am) so we could get to work, called the company at 8 am and was scheduled for someone to come out between 12:00 - 4:00, Technician called on his way and arrived before 12:30.
Technician, Mitch Fiewig surveyed the situation and gave me a quote for repair and I asked for a quote on a new opener also, as my current one was 38 yrs old and very noisy. I agreed to the quote for repair and new opener and Mitch got to work right away. Mitch was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the repair and installation. Job was completed before 3 p.m.
This is my 2nd time dealing with Precision, in 2015 I had them install a new garage door and was happy then and am happy now. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and relatives.
