Tyler Kerry, Eileen Doss, and Kaleb Siebert all were so kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Previously I thought I had solved my garage door problem in Holland, with another company - but that was a waste of my time and money! I called Precision - having used them in New Mexico and Precision's service here in Holland went beyond expectations: from initial troubleshooting and estimate with Tyler, to scheduling and eligible discount options with Eileen, and install by Kaleb. Thank you all for your service and kindness. These are tough times with greed and grift attacking the world. I am grateful for delivery of my new door and motor - I wasn't looking to spend $$ on a garage door. Those funds were intended for a very different joy on my bucket list. But Life happens as we plan and that is no fault of yours.
