Within 3 hours of my call to schedule a service call for a defective garage door operator Connor Scane arrived at our home, surveyed the equipment and installed a new unit. Did I forget to mention this happened on a Sunday? I wasn't expecting such a timely and professional response. If you need your garage door serviced give Precision a call. You'll be glad you did.

Jeremy P., the technician, was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. He arrived on time and installed the new garage door in a short time. He also lubricated the garage door and provided helpful instructions. He did not try to sell me anything extra that I really didn't want. An overall impressive professional technician.

The technician, Judd, was on time, did the work very quickly, and explained everything to us. He left us with a great fix and no unanswered questions. On top of that, he was a very pleasant and professional guy. Would definitely use again.

Tyler did a great job and worked quickly. I was anticipating a single spring replacement repair for about $375. However, he said they only do double springs on my 2 car garage door. So, with installing 2 springs, 3 bearings, and 2 cables, plus labor, the bill came to $888. Way more than I had anticipated. But I was in a jam needing the door fixed quickly. I would have shopped around for a lower price if I would have had more time.

We had a busted overhead spring and Precision was here quickly. New parts, new springs, out the door in 45 minutes. I would recommend Precision Garage Door for overhead door repair/replacement. This is our second time with the company having a new opener put in previously.

We had a great experience with Precisuon Garage Door of West MI. I called on a Friday when the big spring snapped and my garage door didn't open. They were able to get a technician to me that same day for repair (I was very surprise). The technician, Tyler was extremely helpful, friendly, efficient. He explained how a repair that day was just a band-aid and didn't address the full problem. He then helped us direct that money towards a new door and we met a new technician Benjamin the following week. Ben was very professional, thorough, friendly. Garage Door is an impressive upgrade and pricing was as expected. I recommend this company and would use again ( but doubt I will have to for another 20 years).

I servicemen showed up soon after the request for service. They answered all questions. Laughed at all of my personality thoughts . They worked with each other with cooperation . They helped me decide which garage door opener to buy. They showed how to use the power. The opener is modern ,quiet and has added information . We got home from lunch after church today and our garage door wouldnt open. Our spring had broken so I called Precision Garage Door. An hour and a half later Austin Bectel pulled into our driveway. The work was done by 4pm. Not bad for a Sunday afternoon emergency! Austin was great!
