I called Precision to have the bottom seals replaced on my two 9 foot doors. When I called I specified that they were Wayne Dalton doors. The work was scheduled for the next day, Tuesday, sometime between 2 and 6. Tech called and showed up at 3. After looking over the work I was informed he didn't have the correct part, it was being picked up that day and he could come back tomorrow and do the work. I couldn't that day so we set it up for Thursday morning, no time specified, and he would call before coming. I then got a call Thursday morning from the office saying that we needed to scheduled the work. I informed them of what the tech had said and they said he shouldn't have told me that because he was to do other work in Kalamazoo, that they were very busy and some other work had been double booked. I then cancelled. "Precision Garage Doors, Garage Doors Done Right.", just not right now.

I had Precision Garage Door Service replace an opener for me about a year ago. When my other door needed attention, I called them again, and I'm glad I did. It was easy making the appointment, and they were there the same day. Tyler Kerry was exceptionally helpful and polite. He offered me three choices for the repair, which I really appreciated. Tyler was nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the door within an hour or so. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service, and I hope you're lucky enough to get Tyler as your technician. Based on my experience, I'm sure the other techs are just as good. It's obvious it's a well run organization, which starts with the owner and manager, and trickles down to all employees.

Zack was on time, pleasant and patient. He listed to my goals and issues for the service call, noted some of my concerns were unjustified, and pointed out other issues that were not an imminent threat but could be in the near future. No work out of my original concerns was pressed, and options as to work scope carefully explained. Work was done quickly, and both garage doors now operate more smoothly and quietly. Three years ago, we needed emergency garage door repair. Precision came out immediately. We ended up purchasing a new door, as ours was over 45 years old. Precision came out immediately and gave us a quick fix until our new door could be ordered and installed. Got a nice looking door and installation for a very reasonable price in a few days from the initial order. Recently had an unusual squeak, called and got an appointment in less than 24 hours. Fast service (Tyler was over within a few hours, and did a great job), however seemed like a lot to replace two springs and lubricate ($914, was not emergency, weekend, holiday, or after hours).

Our spring broke late in the afternoon and Tyler showed up the next morning. His work was excellent and first rate; he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. We have a 74 year old solid wood garage door that broke today at 10:00am. I had a service tech, Tyler Kerry, at our door at 2:45pm.
