Nick, the technician, quickly fixed the issue with the door. He kept me updated and from start to finish. While I hope I dont have to, if any issues with the door comes up again, I will be calling Precision and hopefully Nick will be there to help.

Customer service was wonderful My technician was Connor Scane and he was wonderful. Polite told me what I needed and took care of it then which was wonderful because I could not lift the door. I have done business with Precision before and always happy with their work. Very good guy. Thank you
