My garage door wouldn't stay closed. I called Precision Door on Friday afternoon and were there by Saturday afternoon. The service tech did his inspection and then communicated thoroughly about what he would need to do. The repairs were completed pretty quickly. The service tech that came out was great!!

Precision was the only garage door repair company doing repairs on the weekend, torsion spring broke Friday evening, repair's were made Saturday morning, Ryheem, our technician was very thorough, he went over every inch of the door, our garage door was installed when we built the house 32 years ago, we ended having him replace just about everything on the garage door, listed below,,, 1 Center Bearing 2 End Bearing (Left) 3 End Bearing (Right) 4 5" Rollers: 5 Torsion Cable 8' 6 PDS 10' Drum (Left) 7 PDS 10' Drum (Right) 8 PDS Powder-Coated Torsion Springs 9 PDS Powder-Coated Torsion Springs All services were performed and completed, wasn't planning on spending that much, a little pricey, but probably all were all needed after 32 years of service, Ryheem was great and appreciated his professionalism, the job took approximately 4 hours from start to finish...Thanks again , Marty Hutchinson.

I would probably never use your company in the future. I was charged $320 for 25 minutes of labor, which I feel is excessive. I reached out to the company for some sort of relief or explanation and was told that adjusting the spring was dangerous and that wss the going rate. I also had a handle installed that failed after two lifts of the garage door. The company did say they would send someone over tomorrow to fix the handle. Stay tuned.

I called yesterday for a repair on our garage door. We had an appointment today between 10-12 AM. A very nice technician Conner Scene arrived at around 10:30 and had been keeping in touch as when he would arrive. He did a very nice job of repairs. We had never needed Precision before so were new customers and they took care of our problem very quickly. Thank you to all.

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday night, they were available the next morning without an additional fee. The job was done within an hour. Pricing is a little high but they use high end products with a 10 year warranty and make sure your door is balanced and working smoothly.
